Vacation trip to IL, MN and IA.. walked in about 7:20pm on a Wed evening to this BK…female manager ask rudely how my husband and I got in…we opened the main door and walked in. This location will not prosper with this managers attitude. turning business away and how much food will spoil by not being used. I ask if she was going to take our order. She said she was way to busy and it might be awhile. And that she guessed she had to…since we were standing in front of the register. She had a full load. I mentioned I would be leaving to lighten her load.

Today was my second visit to this location. Yesterday I was the only person at the dine-in order counter and it took 20minutes before my order was taken. Today , I was 6th in line and we waited a long time again and no one had their order taken. The 5 people ahead of me gave up and left. I approached the counter and asked for someone to assist people. The worker who was assisting only drive through orders said they were busy and would get to us when he could. I informed him that he just had 5 people leave so perhaps a manager should help with orders and assist. He said he was the manager and they can go elsewhere if they didn’t want to wait patiently. I left. Im sorry but it is a fast food restaurant and priority to only drive through customers is not proper. Also, Google currently shows this location as less busy than normal. Its lunchtime. And your company just lost customers. Schedule properly and prioritize both customer lines.

Frech fries were old, customer in front of me placed order than didn’t have enough money on card to pay so employee tried a long time to see what customer could afford. Rest rooms were out of order also.

Quite possibly the most filthy place I’ve ever been in. The bathrooms are unspeakable. Of course did not order there. The health department needs to inspect. The grime in the sink is not from one day so can’t be said that it happened suddenly.

I have tried my best to give this burger king location the benefit of the doubt and a chance (multiple in fact), but they keep doing the ball and simply don’t care about the quality of food they put out to their paying customers. Each time i visit this location, i get the impression that they are only showing up to work, to collect a paycheck. This is the 5th time i have visited this location and the food i got from them i was not able to eat. I work 3rd shift out of town, so when i visit this location is basically my lunch for the whole night. Granted i was able to finish my medium fries on the way to work, but it’s 4 a.m. Right now and I’m looking at an overcooked chicken sandwich for my lunch! The moment i took it out of the wrapping i could smell the burned overcooked chicken patty. Well…there goes my lunch and my hard earned money that they are nearly charging $9 for the sandwich alone. In total i spent over $15 at this location and i did not get value for my money! The last time it happened i attempted to call the store Anna instead, my call was routed to corporate (Beaton corporation). I explained that it was not my first time and i have been trying to give the location the benefit of the doubt. I told the customer service rep “they have one more chance to take my money and if they don’t improve, they are getting blacklisted! The rep on the phone went through the usual script that was probably in front of them and sent me a gift card to comp me for the bad food. I got the gift card, but i will most certainly NOT be eating at that location ever again. I will also be telling everyone i know to follow suit and NOT eat at that burger king location on :

Ordered online and got their to pick up through drive thru. They were not ready at all with order and didn’t start it until the lady printed out my order from online on app. Finally got the food and went home only to realize they forgot a Whopper Jr from my order. Even checked the receipt to see if I had ordered it and yes I had ordered 2 of them and only got one. Was not taking the time to run back. I usually go to the one on Laporte Rd., but I was downtown at the time. I will stick with the one on Laporte Rd.
