Best customer service I have ever experienced from any establishment ever, was clean & had a nice selection of snacks but the man with the kind eyes, beard and cross necklace he had a very calming personality made us feel welcomed he deserves a raise he was working Monday evening at 6:00 making pizzas and they were great 😉

I’ve tried to stop several times when they are supposed to be open, in the morning and evening, to find the store closed. The pizza used to be excellent but not anymore. You will not get the great quality that Casey’s is known for at this location anymore. The staff at this location are all rude and lazy. I live near the store and used to stop all the time but not anymore because of the staff.

Great pizza! Always good service. We usually go to the ham lake store as it’s closer but they were faster for ordering tonight. The pizza came out perfect the only thing we asked for that didn’t happen was square cut but no big deal.

I ordered delivery through the app. I spent $45 plus gave a $11.75 tip. When the Door Dasher arrived, Casey’s only gave him the one pizza of the order and hadn’t bothered to get the rest. The Dasher had to go back to the store and wait for them to prepare the rest of my order.

Had my order canceled after already waiting 50 minutes.. tried to call for 10 mins and finally got someone who said that doordash canceled it, I said that’s not true. Then they said the kitchen staff said they didn’t have time…even though they’re still open for hours. My card was charged and still hasn’t been refunded. Horrible service.

Friendly enough staff. I love the pepperoni pizza. I wish they would have more of that available in the morning. Drink replenishment in the coolers (though I know they are reliant in Pepsi/Coke/etc) seems hit or miss.

Dear owner not manager, fire your whole night shift! I’ve worked for gas stations for almost 15 years and I would have been fired right off the bat for acting like all your employees at night! Rude, swearing all the time, nothing is stocked, acting like they hate their jobs and no customer service what so ever!

No matter what time or day I go here always out of coke and Pepsi products store employees are rude and just don’t care trash all around the pumps and the exterior of the store if you ask to speak to a manger they tell you no and continue doing what they were doing !
