Ordered a family meal and had to go back inside to get the missing parts and was met with attitude. Half the employees were out back talking and laughing rather than working. Restaurant looks slightly cleaner than it used to, but otherwise not much has changed. Will continue to eat elsewhere. Only ate here because the kids asked for it.

The food was good, but way overpriced. I prefer other chicken places but KFC is ok. Would love to give it 5 stars, and their cole slaw is the best, but it’s still KFC chicken. Do I recommend? I’d say save your money and get your fried chicken from either a grocery store or simply make it at home.

THE 50/50 KFC…dining room open or is it closed? what’s going on? Location is in Dunnellon Fl. sometimes you pull up there’s a sign on the door says due to lack of help restaurant is closed drive-thru open. other times you come in and the doors open you can sit down and eat. You won’t know until you grab the door handle and pull because the sign is always on the door. Odds are 50/50. I said to myself how hard can it be? There’s other fast food restaurants all around here that are consistently open. Something’s not right. What KFC fails to realize is, it’s hard to drive and eat greasy chicken..so if you’re taking a break from work and want to have lunch inside in a cool temperature restaurant is preferred.. get it right! Reorganize and relaunch!!! It should be called “the 50/50 KFC”. sometimes we’re open sometimes we’re not. Just come on over and the pull the door handle. Maybe it will open maybe it won’t. Odds are 50/50.

They advertised grilled checken. I wanted an 8 piece but the only had 6 pieces and in order to get those pieces I would have had to pay for three 2 pieces… Which is like 24 bucks. Was told they would not be making any more for another hour so “I could come back later if I really wanted grilled chicken.

Ordered a 4 piece tender meal and didnt give me any fries. Asked for 2 extra biscuits and only got 1. My sons chicken sandwich was stale and not crunchy at all. and chicken tenders were obviously not KFC tenders

I can almost deal with the hair in my chicken breast, but I can’t deal with no gravy on my mashed potatoes! This has to be the worst KFC I keep going to because I’m not driving 30 minutes to the next available one! Please hire more adequate employees not just who’s able to fill in! Unbelievable

This is one of the best KFC locations I’ve eaten at. All the employees are very nice, friendly and efficient. The buffet is a nice option with chicken grilled to order. I did not have a lot of time so I only ordered a chicken sandwich, but it was delicious! I hope this helps, till next time stay Frosty!

I haven’t had KFC in ages and stopped. Love the pot pie and potatoes n gravy! 4 girls argued about who was going to wait on me as I’m patiently waiting at the counter. Besides me there was an elderly couple dining in. A pleasant black lady waited on me and was pleasant and knowledgeable of the choices. I thanked her for taking my order. Restaurant #L518098 in Dunnellon Florida. Ticket #3001. I paid over 15.00 and decided to eat in. The girls continued to laugh and carry on loudly they even video videoed their silliness. My cashier explained to them that they’d better not be posting on social media and they cackled and laughed at her as she was sweeping up behind the counter. They were very disruptive. A drive through customer had to wait for part of his order and the girl came in from giving it to him. She yelled and repeated that he snatched the bag out of her hand multiple times. Not very professional conduct for most of those employees. I took the rest of my meal and drove an hour back home and just finished it. Bad taste in my mouth about the way those girls acted in front of a paying customer. I even explained to the cashier that it had been ages since I’ve had your food and she was very helpful with the decisions on what I wanted. Thank you for your time.
