Are you serious?? I am nervous to think about what the hell really happened to my Works specialty pizza. We drove down to St George to bury my Mother in Law. I had just spent 5 hours in the car with my family and my brother in law. I was really looking forward to this pizza. Came away from this experience super disappointed. You should probably just go pick up pizza from the other St George location.

We went into the store and ordered two pizzas. Before we left we checked our order and one was wrong. I asked the night manager if they would make us the correct pizza. He said he had heard something else and would not unless we paid. I asked if he was serious and he said yes. I asked if it was worth it to get a review about what happened and then he said “ok, bye you can leave” and turned around and walked off basically telling me to get out of the store. I even asked the other person with me what I ordered and they said he got it wrong. When I tried to talk to him about it he just went in the back and would not talk. I had to leave with the wrong order. Papa Johns has a satisfaction guarantee, but he would not honor it unless I was willing to pay.

We frequently order pizza from this location and the one in Washington. Our food has always been great! Tonight we ordered delivery. It arrived hot and fresh, and the driver was very friendly. Everything was made just as we ordered it. I know there are times when they are short staffed just like everywhere else. I’m personally thankful for everyone working so that I can still have food delivered. Thank you for always bringing us a delicious dinner when we don’t want to cook or go out! You guys are awesome!!
