Other than Chick-Fil-A, this is the only local fast food place that appears to have its mess together. I have visited multiple times since they opened, and each time the staff has been very friendly. The food is delivered hot and fresh. The dining area is kept clean.

Arby’s #09010 was the best food experience we have had during our vacation. From ordering with Paige and getting our food from Rob the whole experience was amazing. My husband and I were shocked because it’s hard to get good service at drive thrus these days.

A bit surprised that this location has a 4 store review. We’ve been several times now and the food always tastes left over from the day before. Cold fries, stale bread, even MOLD growing in the seam of my cup. Gross! The employees lack any communication skills whatsoever. Overall, it’s Arby’s which isn’t that great to start with but this location wins the award for grossest Arby’s in Onslow Co.

It saddens me to write a “bad review” that that reflects that a once “fast food favorite” restaurant to eat a great roast beef sandwich is now gone, at least in Onslow County, NC. Both my wife and self are and have been longtime patrons of nearly every Arby’s in coastal NC.

I do deliveries from here for Doordash a lot, and it’s one of my favorite places to get orders from. The employees are really friendly and better organized than most places, I get orders from. The woman working the drive thru late has the best smile and always brightens my day.

Enjoyed a very good meal tonight. Food was fresh and hot. Assistant manager greeted us as we entered the restaurant and provided positive feedback with our food choices/ options. He socialized with the patrons and with ensuring that tables were wiped down and cleaned. We will definitely make a return to this Arby’s.

Absolutely amazing Arby’s location. The freshness of food and politeness of staff make this Arby’s a pleasure to dine at. Our family has been a few times since they opened and they never disappoint. The manager who I believe is named Rob is fantastic at keeping the staff motivated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this establishment over any of our other fast food choices in Richlands.
