My experience at Steak Escape in Brandon was quite disappointing. Despite being intrigued by the name, the reality was far from any kind of escape. The overall cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired; the tables were cluttered with items despite the absence of customers, and the floors were littered with trash. The drink area resembled a disaster zone, adding to the unpleasant atmosphere.

I went there this morning and what I saw was disgusting. The young lady that was cooking my food was not wearing a hair net. The young man that was cutting the sandwich was not wearing gloves then after he cut the sandwich I am guessing a piece of meat fell onto the cutting board he proceeded to pick it up and eat it off the cutting board. Then the other young lady that was putting my friend in the bag was not wearing gloves. Once I received the food I just drove off and through it away wasted money because it was not worth them to remake it because they would probably do the same thing or worse upon returning the food

This is an awesome sandwich shop to eat at. I got the Grand Escape on the menu and it was so amazing. It was fresh and well served, although there was a wait for the order. I waited around 20 minutes but it was worth it. The food wasn’t too hot or cold. The temperature of the food was perfect. The overall environment is great. Steak Escape in Brandon was kept up and clean. You can order from inside or from the drive-thru. Keep in mind, the prices are quite moderate than other sandwich shops. It is a little more expensive than others. You would probably spend between $25 to $50, depending on the quantity of the order and the item on the menu. The employees are communicative and are so nice. I recommend this sandwich chain.

Omg this place was absolutely disgusting! I have pictures of the tables that were not cleaned properly, the floors were filthy, and the walls had splattered food on them. It took us over 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches!! Once we got our sandwiches they were all bread and mayonnaise!! I pray the owner/manager reaches out to me for this review because the pictures I took of this experience is unacceptable! My family owns a very successful restaurant for over 30years and this place was by far the most unsanitary place I have been!!!

Very DIRTY! Food was unappetizing – fries were tiny pieces that smelled like they were cooked in old oil and my sandwich was soggy. After seeing the filth in the dining area, I lost my appetite thinking about how nasty the cooking area must be so I threw my food away and left. The employees were standing around shooting the breeze (there were no other customers to wait on) and not one of them made an attempt to start cleaning any of the filth you see in these pictures. I don’t know who owns this establishment but they need to get there soon and make some changes!!
