After waiting almost an hour we went inside to find half our order cold on the pickup station after being told to pull forward and it would come out to us. Was confused at everything going on and asked for a remake since the other half wasn’t even done and the items given were now cold. Was yelled at by the larger woman working the drive thru side of the taco bell and was then told by the manager to remake my order. She then decided to throw a fit even though she was just a cook and the other lady was the manager who was there to tell her what to do as she started to tell the manager ‘you can’t boss me around’ and started threatening to clock out and leave even though she had just come in. So after a few moments of her bickering she finally leaves (thank goodness) and they start making orders, my food that was cold is given back to me warmed up in the same bag as before..? Why didn’t I get a new back and fresh food?anyway… Now here is where I think I’m gunna get my stuff correctly made and it should be out anytime soon.. wrong the entire screen of orders they had bumped was EMPTY! This not only affected me but 5 other people in the lobby. The most we could do was try to make light of the terrible situation we were all in, after getting one of the gentlemen waiting and completing his order they don’t really bother to come and start asking the rest of us. So I finally offer to tell them the order we had that we were waiting for and after a while longer of waiting we finally get the food we were waiting for. This all started at 6:40pm and I didn’t leave this store until 8:00pm please do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere. Don’t come to this taco bell.

My pregnant wife and I waited over an hour and 45 minutes for our food, the employees had terrible attitudes and made snide comments. Our food ended up being incorrect and cold. I cannot believe how bad of an experience this was.

I wish there was 0 stars. You need to fire EVERY SINGLE ONE IF YOUR EMPLOYEES AND START OVER. But this is not the only time. We keep saying we aren’t going back and then we give them another chance. The girls that work there DO NOT WANT TO BE THERE. It’s very apparent. Stank attitudes. so disappointing. Corporate will be called as well.

They will open and close whenever they want. Terrible staff that couldn’t care less about anything going on. Horrible smell by the drink machine. If you order multiple meals, they will throw everything in the same bag and you have to open each item to verify what it is. And the crunchy tacos are always at the bottom….

The biggest problem was the amount of time it took before ordering then waiting at the window of the drive thru then having to pull away a wait in the parking lot. It appeared they were waiting on one car at a time from order taking to parking lot wait then taking another order.

Ordered food here chicken burritos and some nacho fries. They gave me half a container of fries and did not put but 2 pieces of meat in both of my chicken burritos. Literally was nothing but a little bit of cheese and lettuce scattered on there. I opened it up and showed them that there was no meat on my burrito. Instead of offering to remake it they just handed me my money back and said that she didn’t cook it.

This is the worse Taco Bell in the area. Expect long waits, the wrong order, no receipt, and an attitude like you wouldn’t believe. If you try to ask for a manager, they will also have an attitude. I think a change in management is overdue for this establishment because I remember a time when this place was better. It is sad that in one short year and a change in management has turned this restaurant into a place not worth eating at.

They should honestly close the pizza hut portion of this taco bell pizza hut combo store. The staff hates making the pizzas and often says “they’re unavailable” or it’ll be a “7 minute wait”. I honestly have no problem waiting bc i like pizza hut pizza and do not eat taco bell at all. The 7 minute wait is always a minimum of 15 minutes. Staff and management seem untrained and no customer service focused. I don’t recommend taco bell anyway but definitely stay away from this one unless you have 30 minutes to spare.
