I order “an order of chicken fries”. Noticed I was charged for 2, got 2. I said excuse me, why did I get charged and given 2 orders when I just ordered 1? The lady that acted like she doesn’t speak English said “it’s better for you, cause it’s 2 for 7 or something like that. Mind you, this was requested after the actual order so why would I need so much food? How you gonna just decide to charge more, what if I went negative because of that or something? Plus the food was sloopy, so minus 1 star for that. Rather then be a douch and ask for my money back because at this point it’s for my dog. I just said I’ll keep it because they would have just thrown them away and that’s a waist.

12:15am we came to order/ needed a minute and then when ready they told us give them a minute. it was 4 minutes later. we drove off and we seen a girl with black hair and two boys doing NOTHING. why couldn’t y’all take our order???? y’all laughing and playing around. def reaching to cooperate because this isn’t good customer service. completely crazy! hoping cooperate reacts!

Lucia thr store manager was unbelievably rude. I went the app wasn’t working and I mentioned it to her. She puts up a hand and says “I don’t have time for this” and walks away. (She was serving as the cashier) She didn’t offer to place an order, nothing, just walked away. I placed an order with another cashier who was just as confused looking as me bc the manager went to the back of the restaurant to pretend to look at something else.

I promise you, that they steal at this location. I hardly ever come here, because they never give me back my money. One time a manager tried to rip me off over $10. I had to call the police to get my money back. I haven’t been here in months. I went today and my meal cost $7.57. I gave the lady $10 she gave me 40cent. This time I didn’t even make a fuss. Over $2 but I’m disguised at these thieves. They will never give you a receipt either just trash

I’ve been to this location a couple of times and each time has taken way to long for a FAST food restaurant to give out people’s orders. I’m talking about a range from 15-45 min and you would think, taking that much time to make orders you would have been given your order correctly but unfortunately that’s not the case, my order was always incorrct or missing items. I feel that I’ve given this location many opportunities to prove me wrong but at least they are consistent with messing up orders and taking way to long to deliver the food to the customers. That was my experience with the drive thru, dine in, and mobile app. Now, with the mobile app you would think that once you place your order, they would make the order in a timely manner but no. I would make an order using the app and once I arrive the order was not made or prepped from what it seems. I would highly recommend going to a different location then this one.
