After a long day of driving, I was grateful to find a place that not only had fresh food, but also gluten free options. (which I didn’t expect to see at a subway sandwich shop – I can’t say that I know of many other sandwich shops that have GF options). The workers were very positive and kind and made it a pleasant experience, going above and beyond. Will definitely keep this rest stop in mind if/when I drive through again. Definitely worth the stop.

This review is based solely on the service I received at the new Jerome location, not the food. I love Jersey Mike’s, so you can imagine my disappointment when I walked in at 8:50 and was told they had just closed. I checked before I went in, and found they closed at 9, so I figured I was safe. Nope! They could’ve taken my order, made it, and I could’ve been out of there by 9 when they closed. When you say you close at 9, you need to take orders until 9.
