I was very impressed with my experience yesterday. The young lady named Lavender help us with are order. I felt really bad for her. She was the only employee there making the food and taking all the orders inside the store and online orders that kept coming in that I observed while I was waiting for the pizza. Went to Papa Johns on a Monday night after 10pm it was a young lady (Taylor) in there working so hard, and she was working all by herself she took orders and fixed the food and handle Door dash and Uber eats. Not only did she do her job exceedingly well she did it with a smile. She deserves a raise and acknowledgment from the company it self. This Papa Johns Pizza gets -5 stars from me. My elderly mother had just landed and ordered a 10-inch pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza was disgusting and she did not eat it, which dropped her blood sugar to 50! I called the next morning and spoke with Manager, Michael, he said I could return the pizza and get her money back. When I went to return the pizza, I encountered Renee, the “store supervisor”. She yelled at me and threatened to call the police. I told her I spoke with Michael. She said “I fired him.” I called customer service and let the representative listen to her continue to yell at me. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I was not initially rude. She needs to be fired immediately!!! She literally went off on me in front of an employee and customer. The customer gave me my money. I will do everything in my power to get her fired!

So I came here once again to buy some food. I realized that the same lady is always here working alone. That is quite strange. This Papa John’s is full of workers paying more attention to their cell phones and each other rather than their customers. I ordered 1 large cheese pizza. It was undercooked and took about 30 mins. At one point the manager came out and hollered at the top of her lungs for the workers to “Do some damn work!!”

I don’t know why I continue to eat Papa John. I generally order online and pick up the pizza so I guess it’s the convenience but they never seems to get my order right, (e.g. well done, cut in squares). One day they will get it together.

I must admit, after reading the below reviews I was terrified to order from here but I was having one of my insane pregnancy cravings for pizza, specifically Papa John’s pizza so I had to give it a chance. We are new to the area and still trying to find our local spots. I’m so happy to share that my experience was great!! We placed our order at about 5:15pm and the order was delivered by 6:15pm. It looked and tasted just like what I’ve come to expect from Papa John’s. My only complaint is that it could’ve been a little hotter lol. I’m hopeful that they will continue to improve their service and as long as they keep delivering at the same level they delivered today we will be continuous customers!
