I ordered through the arbys mobile app as I have multiple times and this time I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place. I ordered a bacon wagyu beef burger with cheese and bacon along side that I paired it with a soda, fries, and a cherry turnover. after sitting through the drive thru for 15 min I was looking forward to receiving my food only to get my bag and my drink for me to open and find out I didn’t have a cherry turnover. so I get back in the drive thru and when I pull up to the speaker I am told they sold out of cherry turnovers and that I could have a cookie. I thought to myself well that’s fine I do like their cookies, but strange I wasn’t told this when I was at the window getting my food but I digress. After waiting another 10 minutes in the drive thru I get my cookie and go home. once I open my bag I realize I must be on punked but I’m looking around for ashton kutcher i realize this is no joke. I’ve been scammed by arbys my burger I ordered is simply a piece of bread and a stale patty that’s been sitting dormant for god knows how long. So that’s my tale after spending 15 dollars for fast food I feel like I’m a laughing stock of this location or something because I’ve wasted my time as well as my money and food that’s simply terrible. Also would like to note that their phone number doesn’t work and there’s no way to contact them besides on google reviews.

I have not eaten at Arby’s in over 20 years. I gave them another try as my church was going there as a group. I ordered the Corned Beef Reuben. The meat was good but the rye bread was my favorite part. I was served quickly but a family of 3 in my group waited at least 10 minutes for their order and they had ordered before me. had a pretty long wait prior to being given the opportunity to give their order. (No one was standing ahead of them in line, there was just no cashier present). For myself I had no complaints and would go again.

I’m so glad an Arby’s opened up nearby! I’m a fan of their roast beef and curly fries. It’s a small but comfortably-spaced dining area with a clear queue area and easy-to-access drinks. Fast and friendly service. Parking is a bit sparse up front but it looks like there’s more within a short walking distance out back.

Arby’s changed the Milkshake sizes. The large went from 32 oz to 20 oz, yet they increased the cost of it by a dollar and still advertize the old size all over the store to be the same size as the 32 oz fountian drink. I complained that they didnt inform me about the change while I was ordering, and I am a regular who orders the same thing everytime. Deciptive business. Dont allow these companys to get away with this. If you lower the size, lower the cost.
