This was a bit disappointing. I remember this place from my childhood, so there’s that sentimental side of me that is glad this little restaurant is still thriving. But it’s pricey and the fish sandwich lacked in all but the grease-factor. I got the tiniest dollop of sauce on the sandwich, the lettuce was a little limp, and the crispy breading of the fried cod was bland. Where’s the seasoning? We need it! A sandwich over $12 should come with seasoning, at the least. The cod was dry, too. My mom had a fish basket and refused to eat it because the breading was so thick that the fry didn’t cook all the way. There was something of a gummy, uncooked layer of batter between a greasy, crispy, unseasoned breading shell and the dry, unseasoned cod. The fries lacked salt, too.

They gave us our food quickly and it was just an average meal, nothing outstanding or different. However, they did kick up off of the playground, they said we had to be “12 years or younger,” but besides that the service was also pretty average.

The girl in the drive thru with the purple hair was extremely rude. I get hating your job( I worked in fast food once too), but don’t take it out on the customer. I get why they only have 1.5 stars on yelp. Plus the food order was wrong. It’s a shame since their shakes are good. We will be going elsewhere in the future.

Food was great wish they had better drink options but oh well. The hamburger in the kids meal was supposed to be ketchup only but there was quite a bit of ketchup. Every bite he took made him look like he was eating someone alive.

Well the burgers over salty the fried food over greasy and the actual problem watch staff use fly swatter and touch floor never wash hands in fact while sitting here waiting still haven’t washed hands after touching fly swatter and the bad banana and dirty ice cream station or Sundae are nasty not coming here again

I love how friendly and accommodating the staff are here. I made myself at home for over an hour while the kids played. They brought me my food and cleaned up my messes. I prefer this playground to other fast food places in town; the kids keep their shoes on and there’s nowhere to hide from me when it’s time to go. Complimentary ice cream is always a great reason to eat here too.
