My experience was absolutely horrible!!I came here back in April and my sandwich had barely anything on it, so I called the store and they told me a manager would call me back, I waited a week and nothing so I went online and did a report and they told me to give them the store information, I did that and waited another 2 weeks and still nothing! Here we are in June with no call back or no solution to my problem. When it all could’ve been fixed with a simple sandwich remake but all this showed me is that Jimmy John’s, even the corporate location does not care about making things right with their customers. I will no longer be spending my money at this establishment and it’s sad because my daughter really likes their sandwiches but yo go 2 months with no solution is insane! Especially when I was assured 3 times someone would call me back.

IF I COULD GIVE A LESS THAN ZERO STAR REVIEW FOR THIS LOCATION, I WOULD!!!!!! I placed a delivery order for the Bootlegger club (meat and cheese only-No veggies or mayo on the sandwich!) Upon receiving it the first time, it came with lettuce and mayo on the sandwich. I called and voiced my dissatisfaction with the incorrect order I received! I was assured by the manager it would be remade I would get my sandwich the way I requested it. Upon getting the remade sandwich again and looking it over, I learned that they put Mayo on my sandwich (I am allergic to high concentrations of eggs). I wonder why it is hard for the workers and management in this restaurant location to understand what “meat and cheese only” actually means?!!!! I will not order from this location again. AS A RESULT OF THEIR IGNORANCE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE, I DO NOT GET TO HAVE LUNCH TODAY!

Walked in for my app order, cashier completely ignored the fact I walked in and just stared at the front door. Had to asked for my order I had received the notification that was ready several times before she would even look at me. Very poor customer service attitude.
