I’ve been coming here for a while, but I’ve noticed that the quality in their food is not as it used to be. I ordered a Steak and Cheese today and it was more like a cheese melt sandwich, had fun looking for the protein! I mentioned this to the manager and he could care less about it. Their McLean location is always on point, but this Fairfax one is terrible.

Food was not that good. We had large formaggio pizza which for something supposedly with 4 cheeses, was very non cheesy. Honestly tasted like cardboard. We had the spinach calzone which was really good, and the calzone de casa which was not very good. Godfather sandwich and fries are pretty good

I got the Godfather, New Yorker with coleslaw and a small pizza with half mushroom and sausage. Everything was really good! My New Yorker came soggy, but not much you can do about that in delivery. The pizza was ok. Too salty but definitely better than the standard so worth it if you want some subs and pizza.

Why does it take so long to place an order? There’s like 3, 4, 5, individuals behind the counter standing around talking to each while multiple people are in line waiting to order. Find a better way to serve ur customers and another way to assist when the line is backed up.

Not a fan at all! Ordered a pepperoni pizza for delivery which said about 22-32 minutes. It ended up taking an hour because they deliver thru Doordash. By the time I got the pizza, it wasn’t even slightly warm. I warmed it up & it was a very bland pizza. I barely got thru one slice. They also sent a half a pepperoni pizza because apparently the other half is an extra cost! I have never placed an order for a whole pepperoni pizza & had to pay extra to cover the whole pizza. Maybe the other items they sell are better but their pizza just isn’t it.
