Very nice. We were seated quickly. It was clean and serene. Food was tasty. Large drink wasn’t aa strong as the smaller drink, but we enjoyed ourselves. Had we arrived at 3, the lunch specials began. Chips and salsa tasted fresh. The shrimp taco bowl was cooked well. The enchiladas were good with enough shrimp to taste them in every bite. The beans were okay. The rice was nice. Our server, whose name I can’t remember for this review so see my Traveler account, he was very attentive.

We went to Las Palmas in Central today for a quick bite to eat. We got there about 11:10 am thinking they opened at 11:00 am. Well they open at 11:30 am now. We went outside to sit on the patio to wait and the manager came outside and told us we were welcome to come inside and sit at a table and have some chips and salsa and a drink since it was so hot outside and we had kids. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy!!!! 10/10 experience. And of course the food was good as always!!!!

Everything tasted like bad grease. The chips and anything fried. Even the rice had a hint of the same flavor. Was pretty terrible. Very mediocre food with a greasy after taste that seem abnormal.

Got a to go order. Emma assured me everything from my order was in the bag. My fault I didn’t check everything. Drove 20 mins home and realized the grilled veggies were not in the bag. Called them. They said I could come back or get a “free” order of veggies next time (20 min drive each way). Free? I asked her just to credit the $5 plus tax. She said she couldn’t. I gave her my phone # and asked for the manager to call. Needless to say, I don’t expect a call and haven’t gotten one. Very poor customer service. Obviously they don’t want me to come back. So I won’t. On another note, La Caretta’s food is twice as good. And they have never gotten my order wrong.
