Pretty disappointed since usually Chic Fil A is known for their high customer service. I placed a mobile order for breakfast and I was in line before 10:30 but because I did not speak with a person until 10:32 I could not get my order. I understand there is rules but it’s not my fault there was only one person working the line I was in and someone two cars ahead took eight minutes to order alone …

Service could be better. We kept getting our food and drinks much later. I went to see about our drinks and there were literally 4-6 kids huddled and didn’t bother to prioritize the customers as other chic-fil-a’s. Our kids sat on another table and when they went to go play, the supervisor came around and start cleaning up their table. I told her my kid was still eating and she gave me a look like, “we need to clean this table”. I believe in customer service, you need to read the room even better. Food was good as always!

The food and service were fine, but the manager sitting at a table behind us, openly complaining about and berating her employees, was appalling. If I were the poor employee mopping the floor and emptying the trash, I would have quit on the spot. Please treat your workers with some respect – and be mindful of your words when customers are within earshot.

Consistent quality and service is what sets Chick-fil-A apart from other fast foods. Drive thru service is fast. Their chicken sandwich is their simplest and favorite item on the menu. I personally enjoy their Frosted Coffee, more so than any Starbucks drink.
