The employees here are sooooooo cslow, especially the cashier, but they seemed nice. I got the chicken queso bowl. It was cold by the time I got to the hotel, checked in, parked, and settled in my room. I microwaved the bowl, and with the cheese melted, it was ok. My dogs liked the chicken. The restaurant didn’t look clean. I have been to many restaurants similar to the one along the East Coast, I have never seen the divider that separates the food from the customers this dirty. There was no plastic forks, just spoons and knives. I don’t plan on coming back. Chipotle is much better.

Tried to give the benefit of the doubt as this is my second time at this store and was the worst Qdoba I have been too. Every table was dirty and the workers were slow and seemed overwhelmed. Even when there were no customers they weren’t trying to clean up the mess. Pictures of one of the tables, all trash cans were overflowed and the soda machine didn’t work. This is the second time I’ve been there and same situation for both. Not sure what is going on as one would think this should be a nice location given where it is.

We came in today to order food and it was semi busy. A young lady at the counter ignored us for minutes and was only just doing online orders. She didn’t greet us, apologize about the wait or even acknowledge us. When she finally did decide to take our order, she seemed angry that we came in, she kept sighing, rolling her eyes and had a bad attitude the whole time we were trying to order. The male who rung us up, who seemed to be the manager, he was middle aged and had colored hair didn’t seem to care that his employees had terrible attitudes. The whole experience was just enjoyable and I wish I never spent money here. This is undoubtedly the worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to and I wont be returning here for awhile or ever!

It’s QDOBA, so the food is similar to every other location, which is good. Otherwise, the customer service is extremely poor, likely due to penny pinching management. Asked for extra queso for my nachos since the portion given was light, and was informed after it was added that it would be an extra charge. QDOBA’s social media touts free queso and guacamole almost weekly, but this location doesn’t abide by that philosophy. After asking if that policy had changed and stating that I wasn’t interested in paying extra, the worker angrily threw the bowl in the garbage and remade another nacho bowl with the original small amount of queso again. If I return to QDOBA, it definitely won’t be this location. Avoid.

I walked in, there was one kid who looked like he hated being at work. he was the only one doing anything, so I could understand. there was a supervisor and at least 2 other workers. there was at least 2 people in front of me one behind me and non of the other employees wanted to help. until finally the line was down to 1 person. then the supervisor had the nerve to ask this kid who’s been handling all us customers if he’s been checking the beans. I mean what the heck are you all doing. there’s no rice out there’s old dried food on the bar, it needed to be replenished. I should have left when I saw that. everyones food looked decent portions except mine. (which the boy did not make) as old as the bar looked you should have been trying to send it out the door and not act like you paid for it. the bowl was so skimpy I ordered chips and salsa to help fill me up. this is the absolute worse qudoba I’ve ever been to. the worse workers as well. I have a feeling the workplace enviorment is not healthy and toxic. u wish I could post a picture of my food hur I don’t have an option

Didn’t even want to give this place one star. Customer service was terrible. I ordered my food and two of the women behind the counter couldn’t speak English. The customer behind me had to tell them in Spanish what I ordered. The place was incredibly dirty. Seems they shouldn’t have an A rating….

I reviewed the menu for a while as I haven’t been in a store in a long times Then I went up to the glass I think they were preparing an online order they ignored me for a long time and then a gurl with a very bad attitude came up and acted like helping me was the worst thing she had to do the entire day possibly the entirety of her life. Like I have never seen someone on the clock getting paid to do a job act with such an attitude. I explained twice I had not been into a qdoba in a couple years she not once offered to assist. She kept rushing me. She was rude, short with me and acted like doing her job was the most annoying thing on the planet. Paid almost $20 for a burrito and some queso/chips. Chips were stale, queso tasted like it came out of a glass jar from the supermarket. The tortilla on the burrito was dry and stale, the burrito was shaped like a weird little box it wasn’t properly rolled and it was very dry like it chocked me to eat it..there was only sauce in one little corner towards the end. This just solidified why I will never eat at a qdoba ever again. Absolutely disgusting food with the most lack luster rude employees I’ve ever met.
