I will start by saying that their wing bites and mozzarella sticks were delicious. However, typically appetizers come out before the pizza and this was not the case at all. Maybe it’s because they were clearly understaffed or because of the big party in the other room who knows. There were no chairs at the tables when we came in and it took forever to find out where to sit and how to order. No communication especially for people who have never been there before. We had a limited amount of time to after trying to find an actual dine in restaurant and the pizza took forever to be ready which I had to carry the hot pan to the table myself. As I said the appetizers came last so we were wondering if we were even going to even get the wing bites and mozzarella sticks before we had to leave. We were very disappointed after seeing such good reviews.

TO GO ORDER FAILURE! Ordered 2 pizza’s. Specific instructions on toppings were not followed (did not do half & half, then missed a requested mushroom topping). Potatoe skins were horrible, extremely dry & over cooked. Cup cake desserts at the register were hard (they had to be placed in the microwave just to soften to eat). Extremely disappointed with the food quality and lack of attention to customer detail.
