This restaurant really is a hidden gem. The food was very delicious and for high end cuisine, the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend the prime rib or veal. Service was amazing the waitresses and bar staff were attentive and personable. They gave us many good laughs! The atmosphere is also comforting with dim lighting. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody looking for good European cuisine in the Waterbury area!

The place has limited opening hours and fills up quickly, being one of the few in town: better reserve. Food average, service very slow, nice indoor dining room, patio leaves room for imagination.

Was passing through Waterbury and found this place on Google maps. What a gem. Food and service were on point. Service was warm, attentive and welcoming. The food was well paced, large portions and served hot. Quality and quantity were great.

One of my new favorite restaurants! Super impressed by the prix fixe menu offered during the week. Generous portions at a great price, and everything we had was delicious. I especially loved the fried mozzarella, which was super unique and very reminiscent of the local Our Lady of Mount Carmel Feast’s fried dough. I loved the vibe of the restaurant because it felt like such a classy, old-time Waterbury restaurant that I didn’t think existed anymore. We loved our waitress Jessica, who was super friendly and more than happy to tell us about the history of the building when we asked. I’m looking forward to my next dining experience here!

Great meal with amazing service. Shelia was so welcoming, cheerful, and attentive. The girl behind the bar was nice and the soup, lamb, and lobster pasta were all perfectly prepared. Good drinks as well. Stopped here after arriving on the train and will come back.

Searching for a restaurant near the Waterbury Palace Theatre before a show and Signatures Restaurant was recommended. We were pleasantly surprised by the cozy and warm atmosphere, pleasant and engaging service from our server, Diane, welcomed cocktails from the bar and GREAT food! The Lamb Lollipops and English Pea & Prosciutto Risotto were well prepared and tasted amazing! How could we resist a cappuccino and creme brulee to finish off our me

Everything was ok except for the fact that my wife got served 20 minutes before I did. So we literally are at different times. We made the best of it by sharing each other’s dinner so we’d both ate and chatted at the same time. The cook did a great save with the fillet mignon. Came late but cooked to perfection……….. I’d definitely go here again if in town……..

Came here for dinner on a Saturday night before seeing a show at the Palace Theater – it was also 2 days after Valentine’s day. My complaint around that was they only had their Valentine’s day menu, which had some of the items from the regular menu but everything was $1-$2 more expensive than the regular menu. Why?

The bread with roasted garlic was something special. The French onion soup is very good. The calamari app was spot on European style and excellent. The eggplant parm was disappointing. It was soggy and stale. The angel hair was perfect and the sauce was good. Creme Brule & coffee finished the meal well.

Great dinner, I had their King Cut prime rib, cooked to order. Jessica and Brett and the other waitstaff are very nice and sociable. We highly recommend this restaurant.
