I LOVE the food here and have found the service is very good. However, I suggest asking for very light ice with any soda. They use the tiny ice nuggets and fill your entire cup with so much ice that you’re not going to get more than a few ounces of soda. When you ask for light ice they seem to only fill your cup half way with ice. I’ve never had this issue anywhere else and find this pretty odd and exceptionally frustrating.

The food was delicious and the service was great. The tables were cleaned as staff had the chance. I do think that the building as a whole could do with a thorough deep clean. It had that sort of smell and I could see where walls had been marked by splatter of sauce,etc. I would definitely enjoy their food again, though.

Went there with family of 5. Mostly got tenders. One got the chicken and waffles. It’s good. About $9 for 3 tender meal (bread, fries. One sauce and a drink). Good atmosphere. Good flavor. Good service. Slim sauce was OK. Has lots of sauce choices. Fries were very good. Clean. Not wow, but a good option compared to competition. Service was fine.

Food is good. Half the bad reviews are cause this place was extremely busy its first few weeks and it was hard to keep up. After it first opened I waited 40 minutes for food but the worker felt bad so he gave me a voucher and a free dessert. Nothing but good experiences for me.

Found 2 nicotine pouches in the bottom of the cup, they immediately say they have good responsible employees. A whole runaround and nothing but bs. BE CAREFUL!! Check your cups and your food.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I placed an online order and waited for 45 minutes. After waiting so long I asked for a refund and they were unable to give it to me. I walked out without my food. The employees were rude and not helpful whatsoever to fix the issue at hand. Waste of time and money. Will not be returning

We went to Slim Chicken’s at around 4:30pm. This is the first week being opened. So you can imagine is was busy! In our party of 3, one of us went ahead of the line to get us a table, which worked out great. We perhaps got there just a the right time. We then ordered our food. There is no doubt that they have a very good tasting Boneless Chicken Wings and they offered some desserts and 4 different types of hand blended shakes. But what makes this place so impressive for being so new….is the well trained staff and the world class service!!! Hats off to the hiring and training of your staff! Many employees had a beautiful smiling face. I felt truly cared for! They are handicap accessible, a nicely priced kids menu and a double drive through lane. The bathrooms were clean. Sometimes I saw a line for the bathrooms as they are both single lockable rooms. We will be back. My friend loved the chocolate milk shake.
