First time trying out this Place. It’s is not authentic Vietnamese food! The noodles inside the summer spring roll were different. The papaya shrimp was too light. The pho base was sweet. In general everything was a little off.

Best of the best, hands down. Everything is prepared fresh and tastes great. Awesome presentation and a nice group of people that will accommodate you anyway possible. I recommend eating and drinking everything on the menu at least once. The atmosphere and compassion of the owners is one of a kind. This place stays packed and if you visit Pho 1 Grill to eat you will know why. I have tried quite a few options on the menu and have never been let down. The food comes out quickly no matter how many people are eating within and always prepared fresh. They have a loaded bar, clean bathrooms and are always happy to see you. GO HERE NOW!!!

I have celiac disease and heard about Pho 1 Grill being great for people who are unable to eat gluten. I visited for the first time tonight and not only was the food and service amazing, it was also safe for me to eat as someone with celiacs. I had broken rice and two types of summer rolls, everything was great! Vietnamese food is something I crave often and have not been able to eat for the past five years, I will definitely be returning and cannot wait to try more of the menu!

Wasn’t the worse, but wasn’tly impressed with it. First didn’t care for the menu system, I get the scanning of Qcode, but there were no prices listed, so really had no idea what the cost was going to be. Went on a weekend so naturally it ended up being higher prices. The place isn’t overly large, so we sat not far from the bathrooms. The toilets are extremely loud and we could hear every flush, which isn’t very appealing. The food was OK, hard to mess up Pho. My wife order a chicken dish and had to spit out a few pieces because they were very chewy/fatty. The food came extremely fast. Probably just over 6 mins or so, in most cases that might be good, but I ordered an appetizer and it all came out at the same time, so didn’t have time to enjoy, just felt like I had to rush to eat it. Most places I’d probably give a second chance, but there are so many other Pho places in town and close, that I’d pass on going back here.

Female owner is rude. Pho broth sometimes tastes like perfume. Pho use to have more broth and fried shallots.Crepes now have half the amount of pork and shrimp. Asking for a second napkin is frowned upon. Not worth the money.

This is more for my personal preference, so I remember which place I’ve eaten at. Fried spring rolls are mediocre, reheated and deep fried too long, very oily. The pho bowl broth is not as flavorful, and the P1 and P5 look exactly the same.

It’s a nice building. But don’t expect exceptional service. Our server poured water and came back in about 12-15 mins. Another server looked at us but just continued chatting with his tables.
