The Charlotte location is nothing like the Concord location. The establishment isn’t bad The seating needs to be set up differently. Service is extremely poor only the locals (meaning those who always hang out there are treated nice). I came with my friends and family. No one approached us neither greeted us. A lady looked at us and continued to set up tables and chairs I walked up to her and asked if we seat ourselves she said how many I told her then she replied sit here and walked away. We were provided menus and that was it. It took over 10 mins before the same lady (red dreads) come up and asked if we were ready to oder. I said we are waiting to order our drinks she then said o yea I’m doing it all together. I was baffled. I said you made us sit here intentionally. We ordered. The wait was so long and it was barely anyone in the resturant. No one checked on us the kids needed refills I had to go up to the bar and ask for service. The same lady was behind the bar watching TV. I asked her the eta of the food and to at least bring the little ones food. She left and a few minutes later came back with food. How long it was sitting there I had no clue but the fries were cold. We had to get her attention again to ask for silverware and refills. She never once came and checked on us. Very disappointing. The food was edible. The Cajun pasta has no spice to it at all but the flavor was good. They had no ranch dressing or cheesecake. The experience was terrible my entire party was disgusted all because of the poor service. We made the best of it but we will never return!! Someone please talk to the waitress she was so rude.

They are definitely still working out the kinks. But overall they did great considering the small staff having to handle large groups. They are taking business away from the rude crew at Chex, (next door). Food is great, friendly staff, and clean environment. Only issues I had was the seating set up and having to wait long for my order. It was Friday night, so I do understand. Great job.

Terrible terrible terrible service & food!!! Ordered take our 2 burgers w/fries and onion rings $35.00. The fries were soaked with grease and flaccid. Immediately called spoke with Sophie Y who told me to bring the fries back to the Resturant as if someone would call just to lie about French fries. No apology just bring them back!!!! I told her I would never come to that establishment again. For a new restaurant in town they are the worst. The burger taste like mince meat yuck!!!! Should have gone to Cookout batter tasting food for 1/2 the price!!!

Jackie Boys was our go to spot for something tasty and hot. As I learned today this place is under new ownership. Let me be the first to say that if my order is a reflection of what’s to come we will not be returning. Service was extremely slow (30 minute wait on a to go order when we were told 15 and they weren’t busy). To top it off just look at what was suppose to be a chicken Philly. Where’s the chicken? Hell, where are the vegetables? The entire meal for 4 people is wrong. $60 down the drain. Will try again in about a month to see if maybe this was a hiccup.

My parents were in town and I wanted to take them somewhere they have never been before, so we went to Jackie Boys Grill & Tap. They absolutely loved it! What a hidden gem! Friendly atmosphere with a bar and TVs. Great service. The wings were fried to perfection with a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. The chicken quesadillas were huge with super fresh toppings. The taco salad was the star of the show. The grilled chicken strips were well seasoned on a bed of crisp lettuce and shredded cheese. The sour cream, tomatoes, and guac on the side was a great addition, all in an edible bowl. Topped with chipotle ranch, this was an amazing dish bursting with flavor. I highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area and try the Taco Salad (you won’t be disappointed).

Me and my wife came here after working and starving. Nice atmosphere. Tv was kinda loud but that’s ok it Sunday football. Jasmine was our server. Very professional and friendly. I ordered the jb big burger, the 5 beer bucket for $12 which is a good deal. Prices on the whole menu are reasonable. My wife ordered the fish n chips. Presentation could have been better with that dish but it tasted good and was fresh. My burger was huge, juicy, fresh and delicious . The fries were ok. The service was great. We will definitely be back

First time here today for lunch – Neil and Ian were GREAT! Very friendly and personable – the Supreme Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was the bomb! Haven’t had that good of one since being in Philly!!!! Also ordered the All American burger which was awesome! Fries are excellent as well as the coleslaw! WE WILL BE BACK! THANKS GUYS! Will tell all our friends!!!!! Sheryl and Trish!!!

My husband was picking up the order because Uber Eats said it was ready. It wasn’t. 30 mins later- he finally got it only to find the greasy chicken quesadilla missing the guacamole, sour cream & pico de gallo. So I was tasteless- no seasoning whatsoever. I called the restaurant & told them & the mgr? Who didn’t identify herself said he can drive back & get them. Seriously? The Philly cheese was just passable. Never would go back.
