I decided to switch up my usual order and got their Reuben sandwich. The meat was refrigerator-cold. That may be how they normally serve it, not sure. I’ll stick with my typical rosary beef sandwich orders going forward. I was just expecting a hot sandwich. The ceiling vents were dripping onto the tables, so I had to switch tables three times. Love their shakes!

Literally the worst stop I’ve ever had at an Arby’s. Drive-thru had an attitude while greeting and really short and snotty while taking order. Got to window and paid for food, and got drink. Standard time for waiting so no big deal there. Upon taking the club wrap out of wrapper which was just just folded together, I notice the bacon looked cold/old. Took a bite out of it and there was cold grease sitting on the bacon. I think I’ll take my chances and starve before coming back here.

Went through drive and ordered. Was a very long wait. The girl was nice at the drive up but when I got home my sandwich beef & cheeder was almost all bun and they forgot my curly fries all together. Was so disappointed and try talking with a manager. He said could drive all the way back which no way was even worth it or just basically s___out of luck. They used to correct this by send out loke a gift voucher but no longer do. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

I’ve eaten here a few times and it’s been a disappointment almost every time. This time we wanted to get food on our way out of town and sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes. There was no warning about a longer wait or anything. Chic fil a might not have all the meats but sure has better service.

The customer service from Andrew was phenomenal. I pulled up to the drive-thru 5 mins before closing; the voice greeting me over the speaker was still friendly and welcoming even though they were about to close. The CC machine was malfunctioning, but that didn’t deter him from trying countless times and he didn’t get frustrated at the machine or freak out. He handled it with logic and truly impressed me. I would gladly hire him if I owned my own franchise.

Moved my favorite employee Bob for whatever reason to a different location. Now I have no reason to go back. Every one else including the manager and just stand-offish and not very customer friendly. Only went there to see bob and get my food. Can’t wait to figure out where they moved him so I can see my favorite KIND employee.

It has been a week since I was able to order lunch through Bob. He was terrific and brought joy to our day. Who can say that get that kind of experience at a fast food joint?! We were celebrating my little ones 8th birthday and taking her lunch and Bob was very helpful, energetic, and thorough. Our order was correct, timely, and more importantly delicious (as usual with Arby’s). Bob – I hope I get the pleasure of running into you in life in general or ordering with you again.
