Went here with friends the other day and it was an amazing experience! Their food was absolutely delicious and I loved every minute of being there! And, the waiter was extremely nice and great at their job so, we managed to get the waiter a $40 tip! I would absolutely come back here again! I’d recommend anyone else to come here and try this as well!

Came here for a quick lunch over the weekend. I had the deep-fried tacos. They were very good. Lots of flavor. The salsa is excellent! Can really taste the tomato, feels like it’s homemade. Nice place and I will be back.

The service was pretty slow I had to go find the server to take our order after he disappeared for a long time. The tacos are really good! We had the fish, the steak, the chicken and the pork. The fish was the best. The other meats were a little on the dry side but the flavor was still really good. The margaritas were fantastic and very yummy We had the mango margarita

Newest place to eat in Hillsboro, Mo. I can see this one becoming a hot-spot to dine. Unique and authentic menu selections. Food is delicious. Molcajete Oaxaca is scrumptious! Don’t wait to try it. Parking can be a challenge in the small strip mall. There is additional parking around back. It’s a packed house on Thursdays when margaritas are 2 for 1 so plan to go early. Inside gets really loud then and it’s hard to have a conversation with the people at your table.

My wife and I ate here for around $40 the food was absolutely delicious! I had the pork tamale and the asada burrito. My wife had the street tacos, rice and beans. The serving of rice and beans was enough for both of us. The tamale was a little different than the southwestern mexican that I grew up on. However, these were some of the best tamales I’ve ever had! The rest of the food was great as well. The Taco Tequila Bar is about an hour from my home. It is soooo good that I’ll be back here to enjoy this awesome food again!!!!!

I am so excited about this place. First, I grew up in Texas and New Mexico so I am very picky when it comes to my Mexican food. Most of the time I just make my own. The food at Taco Tequila Bar is wonderful. The tamales were flavorful and not dry. My husband got the street tacos and loved them. The margaritas were top notch and the tequila selection is wonderful. I cannot wait to try more of the food. Also, their hot salsa is actually spicy, so so happy.

We LOVE this place. Food is always great! We rate based on beans and rice and they exceed that expectation. The street tacos are out of sight, chicken and steak are so tender and Al pastor hits on all notes. Check this place out and if possible ask for Carlos.

My friend and I ate here for the first time last week. We were seated right away and had great service. Chips and salsa were fresh and tasty. I had a carnita tortas and my friend had a bowl with pastor….both were very good!!! I will definitely be back to try more of the menu. Great addition to Hillsboro!!
