Okay, so I went in for a baked potato instead of getting the baked potato. Because they didn’t have any, and it would be ready in 30 minutes. She says she could make something else. I was thinking it was going to be a chopped up. Baked potato in a box, but this was mashed potatoes. And it wasn’t even that much potatoes and that much meat or cheese. And I pay $20 for. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and just took the food and went to buy something else. That was 5 minutes away from this place. I will not be returning because I feel if I spent $20. I should get $20 worth of food.

I do not recommend this restaurant. I ordered online and spent nearly $60 for 2 small plates of food listed as a 3 meat plate. You get less than a handful of each meat. I also got lemon pepper wings that were TOOOO salty. I’ve gone to other places that give you a lot of food for the same price. I only ordered from here because the other place was closed. Super disappointing being a first time customer, never purchasing again.

The customer service was very cheerful and friendly. They were out of almost all the meats and some sides, but not a big deal. We didn’t get the desert we ordered, but not for sure if we were supposed to pick it up off the display rack ourselves, as we did get it to go. I got brisket plate, with spicy BBQ sauce on the brisket, and a side of fries and Mac n cheese, the brisket and Mac n cheese were good, the fries too too salty, and the spicy BBQ sauce was regular BBQ sauce with Tabasco. My husband got pulled pork and brisket plate with Mac n cheese and potato side, with sweet BBQ sauce on his meats. He said it all tasted good, not great, but it was good. It was ok until we started vomiting. the only thing we can come up with is food poisoning. Even if it was not, we will not be returning.

I ordered via UberEats, I instantly regretted it due to the reviews I read AFTER I placed the order. I went in to cancel the order and it was too late to cancel without being charged the price of the meal. The baked potato was HORRIBLE, the chopped beef was nothing but FAT. The chili was a joke!!! I can’t believe this place is actually in business. Wow!!!!

The food was all cold! Brisket was dry, Mac n cheese cold and bland. When I asked for fresh meat alternative nothing was said to be hot! Mac n chees was warmed up and came back watery . Service was horrible because he told me to get something else I had to wait for the people behind me to get taken care of because they were waiting and I couldn’t get my money back.

Went by earlier and got food poisoning. Also me and my partner both got food and her food was cold and got told to heat it up in the microwave. I saw the young man working alone handling the raw meat by hand without gloves. Seeing that we should’ve walked out there and then now looking back at it. Although I don’t expect much for customer service; the quality of food making you sick is never okay!

I’m a retired disabled veteran. I ordered by way of uber eats . I ordered pulled pork , which was cold & dry , sausage , potato salad both of which were fine. And bbq beans which were cold . It took over anhour for the uber driver to receive the order. Plus my uber driver said the duckies employee was very rude to her.

Baked potatoes used to fill the box, but now they’re little. Apparently, the store is under new ownership, and they’re cutting corners. There used to be two people behind the counter now, one. Since these are individually owned I guess I know not to go back to this one.
