Ordered via Uber Eats. Tiramisu is nothing but vanilla cake with chocolate syrup. Side of soup looks like a thimble of soup. Fettuccini Alfredo was $20, was tiny and tasted like nothing. Salad came with about 4 pieces of lettuce and no dressing. Lasagna and baked ziti although portions were incredibly small, we’re good… not $20 good but they were good. Will not order food from here ever again.

It is a casual yet slightly upscale restaurant. Great atmosphere for a date night or a celebration, but also for a week night dinner. The food was excellent, a little pricier than say Olive Garden but the quality makes it worthwhile. They have a full bar to enjoy as well. The service was efficient and welcoming. I will definitely return.

The gondola House is more of a family restaurant. That’s 1 block away. Meatballs Italian grill is more like a chef driven restaurant. The flavors were amazing. The service was amazing. I have eaten here with my wife many times over the last few years and have never had a bad dish. Charity is sweet and welcoming, definitely providing a feeling of family. There is one waitress, Oksana, who goes above and beyond for you. She always makes sure that your glasses are full. She is not a hovering waitress like you get at some restaurants, but she is watchful and when she sees that you need a refill etc she will come to the table never rushing a person.

We ended up here accidentally, but we will definitely return on purpose. Our server, Scott, was friendly, knowledgeable, and cared about our whole experience. He and Sienna went out of their way to welcome us and make our dinner date special. The food was delicious, and our only regret was not saving room for dessert.

THE best Italian restaurant I’ve ever encountered. Being raised with a family born and raised inJersey, this restaurant definitely hits home for me. Everyone in the establishment is kind, welcoming, and respectful. Such amazingly put together and well made Food and top notch service. Going in, it’s a really relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The Owner puts so much love and care into her work making this a wonderful place to visit for guests. I’ve tried everything on all menus and I’ve got to say that the Lunch/Dinner Chicken and Veal Parm is my absolute favorite. If you haven’t already tried Meatballs, you NEED to go in. This is my favorite place to eat in Tennessee
