I went to the place for dinner with my girlfriend. We’re from Italy and went in Spain for some times and having dinner here was literally like being transported to Spain again! Everything was perfect from the service to the food, it has been a nice culinary experience and I’d recommend this place to anyone! Usually I eat very fast, here instead I wanted to enjoy every single bite, slowly. The waitress helped a lot and suggested the best plates and wine. Only thing out of place in my opinion, we waited 30minutes at the bar because our table was not ready, from a place of this level I’d expect being offered something to drink during the wait. Anyway, definitely 5/5. See you again!

Went in for an impromptu dinner with a girlfriend. Food was amazing! Fresh and delicious. Staff was so friendly even though we were clearly the last people in there. Such a gem in the local neighborhood. Would definately come back!!

Sad to say that this place used to be better years ago. Although the food is okay it’s overpriced and the host/owner running the front of the house is horrified by the presence of young customers. I took my husband and 16 months old daughter there yesterday to celebrate a few special occasions. We were looking forward to having a wonderful time but instead we were welcomed by the owner with a “we have nothing here to accommodate a baby but you can still eat…” Thirty minutes later, our daughter was laughing while having a great time seated on my lap and interacting with our server. The owner came to our table and said “…make sure she doesn’t scream…if she does go outside because other customers are complaining”. First of all, our daughter was not being loud or otherwise I would have taken her outside. And second, the older couple whom apparently complained were obviously the owner’s friends or regulars. If young customers are not welcome at your fancy restaurant, please find a better way to make it clear in the first place. We would have completely understood and go somewhere else. There are hundreds of great restaurants in the Houston area that welcome kids and older people are just confortable with them. Finally, there was not need to overreact about a baby having a good time. I would have left your restaurant if our daughter was in any way being disruptive before you came to our table and made us feel unwelcome.

Looking from the outside you would never think that this place would be cozy and intimate on the inside. Our server was great, she gave recommendations and even explained the portion size of the dishes. We started with the grilled octopus and it was cooked perfectly, not rubbery or chewy…it just melted in your mouth. I also ordered the paella and it was delicious as well, although I wish it had more seafood in it. Yes it may be pricey here but it’s totally worth it. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

My husband and I came here for the chef’s tasting menu with wine pairing because it’s our favorite thing to do for a special occasion. It was by far the best culinary experience of our lives! Everyone seemed to know it was sour anniversary and the food was UNMATCHED. We moaned freely for the duck con fit, we celebrated every bite of the 12 hour pork triumph, we flirted joyously with each pour of wine, and we reached to squeeze each other’s hands during dessert. if you are lucky enough to be within driving range of this restaurant, you must go explore the journey Kitty and Angeles have designed for you ❤️

So glad to have discovered this Spanish gem in Houston. Having been to and enjoyed the likes of BCN, I have to say our experience at Costa Brava went above and beyond any Spanish dining experience we have had in Houston.

Nice atmosphere but definitely on the pricey side on both wine and meals. Please be prepared to pay well over $200 for three people or over $300 for four

Over priced for what you get. There are a hundred better restaurants in Houston. This restaurant is successful only because it’s in an area with no other restaurants near it… it’s in Bellaire Texas… nothing else near it… also totally an over 55 plus crowd vibe.

Amazing place. The food quality and the taste are simply great. Just one thing, be ready because it is not cheap, but every dollar worth it.
