Stay away from the Arby’s on east main! Our roast beef sandwiches were burnt, crumbling and dry. The taste was so nasty we couldn’t eat them though we tried. Both of us are getting upset stomachs. The fries were stale and nasty.

Been going here for 2 yrs and never had an issue but now apparently they pick and choose which Arby’s coupons they are going to honor. Straight trash. I’ll take my service that honors there corporate structure and not do whatever they want

No problems here. I just wish they would return to the healthier grilled chicken club wrap rather than the fried chicken. I won’t buy another wrap for that reason.

Rude service. Dirty floors. spend $60 and they tried to give me dried out chicken tenders that had been probably sitting since the last rush. I asked for new tenders and instead of cooking fresh fries with the chicken( bc they were now cold) they waited until I asked for fresh fries. Where is the courtesy? How bout get fresh everything at that point. Just rude and not good customer service. Will not be back.
