Today is my second time at this location. The food is amazing!!! I tried different options including vegan (yetsom) and I can confidently say everything is great. The average price per serving is about $13 unless you request for additional. The portion size is also amazingly great. I am not a heavy eater and I was not able to finish it at once. The vegetables they used are fresh and testy. I am going to visit it again next week.

The service here is TERRIBLE. The day I came to get a salad. The lady making my salad was having a conversation in Spanish while trying to also listen to my requests. She ends up making the salad completely wrong. I come back the next with the SAME salad to show them their mistakes. They refused to remake it and didn’t even give an apology. No regard at all. I had to beg them to remake it showing proof that I was there. It was sooo bad that a bystander just bought me another salad . Some employees even stood around laughing at the managers response.

I love this location. The staff and managers were very friendly and welcoming. They were very kind to me when I was having a rough day. I love the menu too – many plant-based, healthy dishes in both warm and cold options. They have seasonal dishes too, which adds variety. I highly recommend this place!

Way better than Chopt I tell you that much and it’s locally based! For some reason I can’t order on the website only through doordash which is annoying because DD doesn’t allow you to modify as you would be able to via direct sweetgreen 🙁

I’ve had salads at this location multiple times over the years I’ve lived in the area and it’s generally been good, the food is always good whether take out or delivery. Recently, however, the delivery has been terrible. I tried to order lunch delivery today and received a notification that my order had been delivered. I went and checked the lobby in my apartment and nothing had been delivered, waited ten minutes and checked again, still nothing. I called but there’s no way to actually speak to anyone, so I used their text assistance thing. Evidently the only option is for them to refund and me to order again. So I accepted the refund and ordered again. Within a half hour, the same exact situation unfolded again with the order saying it was delivered but no food being delivered to my apartment. This time I am just taking the refund and doing something else for lunch. I’ve also had orders delivered to the wrong apartment (sometimes they drop it off at the building across the street) in the past as well. With all of these issues surrounding delivery, not sure I’ll be ordering from sweetgreen in the future, which is a bummer because I really like the food. Pretty ridiculous to lose two orders back to back on the same day. Might be time to look for a new delivery partner.
