Fries and roast beef were cold and just waiting for customers. Not fresh at all. Sandwiches were packaged in wasteful plastic containers even though we were eating in the restaurant. They refused to refill a soft drink until the matter was brought to the shift manager’s attention.

This Arby’s is always really good. The food is always fresh and hot which I love. Arby’s has always been an expensive fast food joint but at least it’s good… I really love how it’s nice and cool in there so you can cool off on a hot day.

Arby’s has never disappointed until now. They managed to ruin the signature roast beef sandwiches. The meat had the consistency of mashed potatoes. They must have boiled it for hours. We came in on June 13, 2023.

It’s too bad they have to hack up the prices just because it’s inside Lagoon. Problem is it’s not that great of quality either for what you pay. It’s almost more worth it to leave, go to Arby’s in Kaysville and come back.**If you liked my review or found it to be helpful give it a thumbs up thanks!

Horrible service! Super slow – as in over an hour in line and they had only one person taking orders while other employees stood around. When we got to the front of the line they opened up a second register and then asked the group behind us what they wanted. They didn’t let us order the biggest roast beefs but we could order as many of the smaller ones as we wanted, so it was obviously about ripping us off and not a beef shortage. We ordered beef and cheddars and got dry buns with beef and no cheese. Very disappointed!!

I was wondering the reason why Arby’s at Lagoon was super empty. Ten seconds inside I realized the tables were all dirty, the floor was disgusting, the young kids working there were talking to each instead of giving the clients attention. Such a horrible experience!!! No wonder it is empty. I left without getting anything as well.
