They took forever to make my food (expect a long wait in the drive through) only for them to get my order wrong. I don’t understand how a salad with a side salad took nearly 15min in the drive through. I had two cars behind me leave before me. Having to wait twice in the drive through for the same order is ridiculous. The cashier didn’t even apologize for the wait. Trash service, trash location. Do better.

An amazing hostess offered some cake because of the wait. She is the reason I’ll continue to be a customer. Addition: I really like how wet-naps are included with your order. I even complained about the lack of them at another location well in the past, but I’m really glad this was changed with breadsticks eaten with your hands.

My order was totally messed up. I asked for a 6.99 lunch thing with fettuccine and pizza. She asked cheese or pepperoni but gave me a salad instead. She made jr seem like she didn’t even know what fettuccine Alfredo was. And then they didn’t even ring up my sisters order. Then we had to wait because they forgot my cheesecake. When we get it, it’s not even the right cheesecake. The only thing they got right were the drinks. And my total came our super cheap so I don’t even think she rung anything up but the drinks. All of these mistakes were made by the manager too.

First, the place was dirty. Garbage all on the floor. They didn’t have Coke products. When they brought our food, they didn’t ask if we wanted cheese on our food. When I asked, they said they didn’t do that and gave me cheese packets. The food portions were very small. My spaghetti was watery, and so was the fettuccine. Staff was rude. We asked for Blue Raspberry Lemon Italian ice, all we got was Blue Raspberry, and when I asked about it, they lied and said they mixed the drink. Had an uncomfortable and uneasy atmosphere. We will never go back. We’ll stick with the Fazoli’s in Valparaiso, IN

Don’t go there, they treat people differently. I’ve been there for more than 20 minutes no one even checked on me, people were just coming and going in front of me, I was patient when I decided to talk the girl was very rude, stooping me by a really harsh way. I will never go back again there, they are unprofessional and customer service is lacking, disrespect is all over that place .
