While running a successful family-owned Indian Restaurant in Port Chester, NY – Tandoori Taste of India for over 20 years – the Patel family opened a new Indian restaurant with a BBQ theme in Armonk, NY called Indi-Q Indian Bistro & BBQ.
The new restaurant is open for daily lunch buffet and dinner, and is offering takeout, delivery and catering options. A quiet restaurant serving delicious food. We ordered the a few appetizers and mains. The tandoori veggies were very flavorful, as was the mixed drill. The lamb Rogan Josh and vegetable vindaloo were also great. Pricing was reasonable and service was quick and unobtrusive.

We had an amazing dinner at Indi-Q. For a Saturday night, we made reservations and were seated right away. Our server Made us feel very welcomed and give us plenty of time to select our dishes. They were also very helpful with recommendations. The food came out in a timely manner and was absolutely delicious, we finished every last bite! We ordered Lamb Tacos as an appetizer, Chicken Curry and Shrimp Malabar for dinner dishes. The restaurant’s ambiance was perfect and combined with the views of nature outside the windows, it allowed for a very relaxing meal.

Mediocre Indian food for the bland of palate. Server misunderstood us repeatedly, due to a language barrier so my husbands serious dairy allergy was ignored. Also they brought me a spoiled mango lassi. I took one sip and knew the mix was off, the glass proceeded to get more and more full until it bubbled over as which is indicative of spoiled dairy. 100% will not be returning. When the issue with the drink was mentioned, it was either ignored or misunderstood and not taken off the bill.

Always a delight! I often come by for lunch or take-out. The staff is warm and welcoming and the food is excellent! My personal favorite is the Chicken Tikka Masala. The restaurant itself is very clean and comfortable with beautiful decor. I highly recommend giving them a try.

We went with friends of ours and enjoyed every meal we ordered. I wish I took a photo because everything looked so classy and vibrant when it came out! Loved every dish – we haven’t gone out much since covid, but seriously this was possibly the best Indian food I have ever had! The service was excellent, attentive and friendly. This place is definitely worth going out of your way for!
