When spending your hard work money and you come to patronize a business the servers should make sure you had ALL what you ordered in your bag, they have the ticket to read the order. I should have double check myself but I didn’t. Potato salad wasn’t in my order. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this place.

This is some of the best BBQ we have ever had! It’s rare to find potato salad that taste homemade; but theirs does, and we love it. However, we wish they could expand as parking is very limited and the waiting area is very small.

Yesterday my godbrother called and was told not to call them on the number that was online and hung the phone up in his face so he still placed a order over $50. So today my godmother wants a family size of side orders, so I called and asked if they were open because we wasn’t able to order the food on line at first and was told if it’s online then that means we’re open. Once able to order the food I went to pick up their order and was told he needed the order #, I made the call to get the order # and before I could give him the number he stated he had the order but how when you just said I had to give you the order #. This man was so unprofessional and had a attitude. When I address the issue about the way he talked to me and how someone hung the phone up on them yesterday he said I was just mad because he asked for the order number and I told him I was upset because the way they treated on both days and not to worry because I will have them to take their money somewhere else. There is always a correct way to talk to people especially when you’re spending your money and voice promoting their business.

So I usually get snoots, they are delish and my son gets a rib tip , excellent. Idk what happened today but my chicken is 3 minutes from raw and the tip tastes like it was cooked in the oven . I should have known better there was no crowd and grills weren’t going . From now on if we don’t smell smoke we don’t stop. On top of raw FEATHERS! Come on this is how you treat regular customers… I rinsed the chicken off and put it in the air fryer , there is no saving the tips …. Disappointed

Hands down Best BBQ in the Lou! Ribs tender and flavorful, snoots cooked to perfection. Make sure you get the potato salad and beans on the side. Look, the neighborhood is not the best, there is no drive thru and you’ll wait a little for your order but it’s precise and portions and hospitality are served in huge quantity.

My dad got me hip on them, I didn’t know they was the same place that was located on union and lilac, but when I was going to them before it was worth the price. The last time I went they were like out it’s either this or that because they didn’t wanna make half orders and the BBQ sauce didn’t taste the same, and the snoot was so disappointing…. I was hurt because this the only place I knew of snoot was on point!!!! I think it was just a bad day for them but I’ll give it one more try after this imma have to find somewhere else.
