The food was horrible! Youd think they’d go above and beyond since you cant dine in! I ordered sizzling rice soup and it smelled so bad like dirty socks and the rice was a bag of crumbles that didnt sizzle they just floated I added a bunch of condiments to mask the smell I had two spoons and threw it out! The vegetable fried rice didnt even have vegetables I could identify and was way too dark I’ve never seen fried rice so dark before. The fried prawns were greasy and the shrimp was hard n rubbery. I ate a small serving of the fried rice and white rice and the batter off the prawns… And I felt sick like I had eaten something bad… I made myself purge but it was hard… I did feel a little better though! May, 27, 20 Thursday around 7ish pm So whoever was cooking needs to know his food is gross! Yuk!

I must say its the best chinese food ive had in a while. We had poncit deluxe, egg foo young deluxe, beef and broccoli, chow mein, orange chicken and deluxe won ton soup. Everything was great! So was the customer service! Will be going nack soon. The prices were great too!

I can not rave enough about New China. It is now my go to chinese restaurant when I’m in salinas. Their soups are to die for. Especially the sizzling soup. The sauce on the sweet and sour chicken is so yummy.
