Haven’t had a Five guys burger in a long time. This Dedham location was good when I use to come here back before the pandemic. So was craving a burger and ordered double patty and bacon & cheese with lettuce and tomato extra pickles and a small fries and a large fountain drink. The staff person that took my order was friendly with a smile, the place was clean inside which was good to see. I love that you can watch your food being cooked, the cook was on point on the grill and I was happy with what I saw. Got my order in a timely fashion. Sat down to eat and it was awesome my burger was cooked perfectly, meat tasted good the bacon was crispy and cooked thoroughly! The fries are as good as I remembered! Sales up just enough and hot but delicious! I was a happy happy customer! I will be back again this was such a treat! Thanks a lot Five guys! For the great customer service and the great tasting burger & fries both well cooked!

This five guys takes forever. They mark my order as ready for pick up but I still have to wait at least 10 minutes for my food. Why lie? Just say it’s ready when it’s actually ready.

Five guys smacks as usual. A lot of people complaining online about 5guys prices but let me tell you. I was walking in expecting to pay $10 more than I actually did. With inflation around, these prices are solid. I went to Burger King 4 days ago and paid $18 for a meal medium sized. Yes just sandwich/fries and soda $18. Quality is a million times better than Burger King and better than most other places excluding a selective few. The food is so fresh and cooked on the spot. Their assembly line handles orders so fast your IN AND OUT fast. No pun intended. I seen people also craze about the grilled cheese with a hamburger Pattie’s in it. I got 2 of them, and a bacon cheeseburger with let,Tom onion ketchup, small cajun fries and drink, paid $40. Might go back tommoro. Hit it back to back and then it’s out of my system for about 3 or 4months. About the photos, it was so good I just attacked it .

$15 plus for a regular burger and medium fries. Maybe I don’t get out much but I just thought it was to pricey for this place. Don’t get me wrong I would spend that much money on a burger & fries. They do give you a lot of fries which were good.

Awful service and food today! After placing an online order stating my order would be ready at 2:50pm, I arrived to find that my order had not been started by 3:05pm. My order was ready at 3:25pm. My patty was as thin as deli meat which seems impossible. Horrible horrible service!

The best, fast burger around! I almost always order the little bacon cheeseburger. It’s plenty of food for most adults, especially when you load it up with pickles, grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes, etc! The fries are huge, so I only order them if I have someone to share them with. Both the regular and Cajun are delicious. The staff there are wonderful. I have been there at different times of day, and always been treated extremely well by the friendly cooks and cashiers. They will never add those piping hot fries to your bag until you are picking it up at the counter. If you can handle the calories, the milkshakes are fantastic. I order the chocolate with whipped cream, but there are many flavor options. The tables and floors are constantly kept clean. If I had to come up with a complaint it might be that they empty the trash a bit more often, and turn the volume down a little on the lame classic rock that’s usually the afternoon staple.

Had take out from here last week. Great service, great attitudes from the employees and the food is as good as it gets. Burgers, fries, shakes are all of the highest quality. They also do a good job of keeping the restaurant clean, especially during COVID-19. Excellent dining experience and I highly recommend this 5 Guys location.
