Was hired here & had my first day. Manager never communicated when I would be coming in again & when I reached out she said she hadn’t put me on the schedule yet because labor was high but would let me know when it changed & when to come in. After that nothing else was ever communicated. If I was fired for whatever reason it was never communicated to me in any way shape or form.

This store should really just close, they don’t know how to make orders, they promise to fix and never come through, offer credit to replace something that’s not done right, credit is not given, they just hang up on you and not call back, Leanna Meredith Smith director of marketing makes promises to fix issues and nothing ever gets done. If they don’t have the people properly trained they should close down until they can give a service they offer, because the charge in my card was a full charge and the service provided was 25%.

I swear any large chain restaurant or brand can come to Raytown and immediately become the worst location in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Doesn’t matter if the company has policies and procedures. If you open up a location in Raytown you will get the worst of the worst employees and your business will suffer. I wish I could come to this restaurant and things would be in order. Food is never done even when you give them 20+ minutes to make a sandwich. Ordering ahead here it’s not really ordering ahead. Every time I do that, I end up waiting for my food to be made right in front of me. Sort of negates ordering ahead

I order them multiple times a week and my order is correct every single time! Never once messed up I’m amazed! I customize every sandwich I get it’s always right! Better than I can say about most places in raytown at least I know I’m gonna get what I order and don’t have to check my food.

I have to tell you on this particular day these guys got it right on the money. They had a good customer service etiquette. For an item they didn’t have they suggested a substitution that would be just as good. Definitely like that. I get a little nervous when I see a couple Young Folks running the show but the young man that was in charge and the young lady and the young man that worked with him got it right. I definitely look forward to eating there again. And I hope they continue to keep up the good work.

This is the worst corporation I have ever worked for or ate at. There’s mold in the ice machine. They hire basically every family member they have, and cuts hours of anybody else. It’s a nightmare to eat at, as the meat and vegetables are rarely fresh like they claim. The workers are constantly going outside to smoke marijuana, not to mention they scored within the worst 25% of Jimmy Johns in terms of sales and audit score. It’s 12 Dollars for an 8 inch sandwich even before chips and a drink!! Don’t come here!

After a severe storm, our power was out so we decided to go to Jimmy Johns for dinner. Apparently we were not the only ones with this idea. We were the only ones in the store at first, but they were hecka busy with drive-through and online orders. We waited the longest we have ever waited for our sandwiches, but the staff was clearly doing their best. I’ve never gotten a bad sandwich here or poor service. This is a top-notch staff. I recommend it.

I should’ve trusted my gut and not ordered for delivery. Lately they have been extremely late in their delivery times. It took 20 minutes before it said out for deliver which is understandable. Then another 40+ mins to deliver. Currently still waiting for the sandwich. Mind you it’s only one sandwich, just one. And I live less than 1.5 miles from the restaurant.

I didn’t ask her name, but the receipt says Ashley is who rang up my order at Jimmy Johns And she deserves to be recognized! (I was there at 1:45 pm today and she took my order through the drive-thru receipt says register 4) She was beyond kind and super friendly and spunky! You could tell she was being authentic too, just her friendly self and I love that. I work down the street from this jimmy johns and she made it quick and easy, but also was patient while I ordered and very helpful. I don’t know her personally, but I love her! Good job Ashley!
