I’ve come to this place quite a few times and I must say that their Ramen is great. However, I showed up 8 minutes before closing time today, and I was denied service. Now let’s be honest, i understand how the restaurant business is. They need time to clean up the kitchen and get food back under appropriate controlled temperatures. However. If your business hours say 9pm, there’s customers still inside your place of business, and your doors are still open, then that means your business is still open. Please don’t advertise one thing, but then do something completely opposite. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but because I run a service based business, I understand how critical it can be when I get that phone call a few minutes before closing time. I don’t like to leave any customer hanging. Unfortunately, I had to experience that tonight. This place will never get anymore of my business!

I was literally chasing away multiple flies from my plate the entire meal. You can see them on my chopsticks and cup in the pictures here. I didn’t even finish it, because eventually the flies were too fast and managed to land on a number of pieces while I was trying to quickly eat the rest. It completely ruined the dining experience, which consisted of mid-grade but admittedly inexpensive sushi.

We finally found a great place to eat in Escondido area. The food was great and the prices were better than reasonable for a Sushi place. They offer 50% off on the most popular dishes and the portions are big. My daughter loved the soup and my son enjoyed the orange chicken bowl. We are definitely going back.

This place was amazing. While looking at their menu, their sushi chef asked me what I was in the mood for, whether I wanted something spicy or not, whether I wanted something fresh or hot, and then he proceeded to create an absolute masterpiece! He didn’t even have a name for it. It was a roll with tuna on the top, eel sauce, sesame oil, and more spread on it! Then he seared it with his torch and served it to me all within less than 3 minutes. The price was perfect for the quality of food that you receive! The spicy tuna roll I got on the side was also delicious! Don’t miss out on this place! This place is For Foodies By Foodies (FFBF) recommended.
