What a nice find. We were looking for a place to grab a bite for lunch when we ran into this place out in the country. I ordered the chef salad. It was a little light on meat but tasted great. My wife ordered a pulled pork sandwich and it was excellent. The other half of the place is a cool country store filled with treats, trinkets, and clothing. I found myself a new destination when touring in the convertible.

I was hungry, so I stopped here at about 9:30 am. They were only serving breakfast, so I tried a caramel malt and I got a doughnut to go for my hubby. The caramel malt is heavenly. So delicious! As I was leaving, I saw they had a little petting zoo, so I went and checked it out. There’s a cute piggy, 2 donkeys, several goats, and some peacocks and other birds. Overall, 10/10 I’d come back here.

We came here for the weekend Eggs Benedict, which was quite tasty! The hollandaise sauce was one of the best I’ve had. We also had a chocolate scone, which was a bit dry.

It’s a Thursday here, got today’s breakfast special (see photos). Great breakfast options, unlimited coffee, also picked up a dozen pastries.

It’s been over a year since we stopped here and we still talk about how horrible that experience was to this day, every time we drive by. Worst service ever, no one acknowledged us, we waited in line to buy a couple items for 15 min while the one lady in front of us talked to the employees for forever and then continued to walk around and grab more things to buy and bring back to the register while we were obviously just waiting there, done with our shopping. Why not at least even just acknowledge us or apologize for the wait? But nothing, not even a glance in our direction. We ended up just eventually giving up and put our items back, and left without purchasing anything. That entire 20 minutes we were in the store, not a single employee greeted us or even acted like we existed at all. It was incredibly awkward and a waste of time and unfortunately we will never stop in there again. I apologize if you’ve changed and have better service now since this happened last year, but for me it is hard to look past this negative experience.

The server was very friendly and helpful. I had the bacon cheeseburger basket. It was very good. My wife had the sub, and cheese curds . The cheese curds were good but a little greesy. The sub tasted good, but there was too much bread for the amount of ingredients, leaving you feeling like you mainly were eating bread. The fries were also very good. I think you should try it if your I’m the area.

My wife introduced me to this place after finding it with her mom. Great food with fresh ingredients. And some of the softest, most perfectly baked bread for a sub I’ve ever seen!

I took my son here once and he loved it. They have a small area outside where they keep pygmy goats, peacocks, donkeys, and pigs. They also have a cute little gift shop and we got some ice cream there as well.
