First time trying this place. My wife and I shared the seafood combo. This was prepared very well, food was great and it was a lot. The crab cake as great, it came with fried shimp, coconut shrimp, fish, 4 hushpuppies, and a bed of fries. We also tried a side of Mac n cheese as well. It was very good and has a slight hint of jalapeño. All was very tasty and the price was great as well

It is good to go here and see familiar wait staff and feel welcome. The happy hour drinks are on point. The atmosphere during game nights is collegial and fun. Everyone was family. The fried mushrooms were tasty. The Philly cheese steak was missing something. Serving sizes were large. I subbed asparagus for French fries and was not disappointed. Fish was good.

The Greek salad was delicious. We shared one salad between two people because it was so robust. The homemade Greek dressing was so good that my husband used it as a dip for his wings. The wings were plump and juicy and flavorful. If you like oysters, theirs were plump and fresh. Service was great as well. We’ll be back.

We went to this place two times. The first time was mid may 2023 and the second time was at the beginning of June. We had a great experience the first time. My wife had a tuna dish which was good and I got chicken sandwich that was also good. The second time was a complete disaster for us. I wanted to get the tuna dish but it was removed from the menu. So I got the sandwich again but the French fries were lower quality compared to first time. Finally, we ate inside and it was sweaty hot. This is rather unusual in Indoor TX.

We came here for lunch during our lunch break from the conference we are attending in town because it was local and we had heard good things but we had an overall underwhelming experience. The staff took a while on getting our food to us and we waited for a considerable amount of time before we received our food. The waiting time was the biggest annoyance about the restaurant because there were two small tables there when we got there and it wasn’t busy, so it wasn’t clear why we had such a long wait. In other reviews I saw that some staff was being trained a few months ago, and if that’s the case, there wasn’t a trainer with them to help with timing or efficiency. The food was not very good and mid at best. The burger wasn’t seasoned well and it was quite bland. Others in the group were also unhappy with their meals that they ordered. If we’re back in town, we likely won’t be coming back because the quality is lacking. The atmosphere is laid back college theme but the food and service are subpar.

The fish and chips was super greasy, so much the breading fell off and left a puddle of grease. My son’s blue cheese burger was good and he really enjoyed. Service was slow, but it was Mother’s Day and TCU graduation, so I understand that.
