More often than not, this location gets my order wrong. I order through the mobile app, so it’s not a case of them mis-hearing me at the speaker. I’ve been given regular iced coffee instead of iced lattes, full sugar flavor swirls instead of sugar free, and I’ve arrived only to find they don’t actually have what I ordered through the app, so I have to wait for a refund. Their lattes often have a soapy taste, like the machine isn’t working properly (under extracting), and it’s frustrating to know there’s no consistency. Customer service is spotty- there are really nice and apologetic people here, and there are some who are rude and act like you’re the inconvenience.

This location opened up about 2 years ago (give or take) and the initial experience was pretty good. But things have gone downhill so quickly mainly due to the attitudes of some of the employees working behind the counter. Some of the employee come off with rude attitudes and are just plain unprofessional. The only reason why I patronized this location was because Heritage Donuts off Forestville Rd was closed today (Monday).

Ordered 2 cold brews and a decaf iced coffee. They told us they were out of cold brew and then all of a sudden we’re told the manager says they have it. The cold brews they handed us were bitter like regular coffee, not cold brew. The decaf coffee was all creamer and no coffee. When we took it back she tried saying she made it herself so it’s all correct but what do we want. A refund. She takes all the drinks back and can’t produce a refund because it was a mobile order. She also said the iced coffee tasted like there’s no coffee in it because it’s decaf.

I like Dunkin’ donuts. Strong brand name… Grew up in New England on them. America runs on Duncan’s and such. But something is wrong with their people and leadership methods… Sometimes I go into the store and things are great, employees are happy and helpful. Other days it’s just damn right Sad inside. Worst customer service experience. These are supposed to be 2 Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese “sandwiches”. Charge for large caramel ice coffee and they taste like they put 1/4 of the caramel swirl mix.

I was waiting at the Take 5 Oil Change and wanted something sweet. I walked up to the location and the doors were locked. The two workers looked at me and ignored me. It wasn’t until I stayed outside for about 2 minutes that they signaled to me that they are only open for drive-thru. I didn’t bother going back for those doughnuts.
