Editing as there is a now a generic reply my review: The business DID try to fix this issue but it was the Market House manager (who was VERY SWEET) that called to talk to us NOT the General Manager of HH that wasn’t too busy to call and threaten us withink 15 min of the mistake on a regular day. The complimentary pizzas weren’t even all correct. On top of that all we still observed improper mask usage which is unfortunate considering they are food handlers.

NEVER getting my business again. Almost every time we get pizza we either are missing the flavored crust or they forgot a topping. This time we got 2 pizzas and neither had sauce!! They were both also missing the flavored crust and one was missing a topping! I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

We will not be ordering from this location. We have tried twice to order. One time at 8:50pm and was told “we’re not taking anymore orders” and tonight we called at 8:55pm and was told the very same thing. I will now drive to adrian to pick up pizza, they have lost my business for good.

Terrible way to run a business. I’ve called twice before closing on two separate nights and they would not take my order each time. The first time was 30 minutes prior to close. The second day, several days later, it was an hour before closing and they wouldn’t take any orders for delivery or carry out. I might just have to venture to Hillsdale or Adrian in order to get pizza. Even though it’s 20 minutes either way, at least I know I’ll be able to get food!

I used to be in the pizza business so I understand when places get busy. Every time we order it takes almost 2 hours before it’s delivered here and we don’t live more than 10 minutes away! My last order I called and was on hold for 15 minutes. Then it took another hour to get here after being told we were the next delivery out. Our pizza is cold every time

Order was taken in by Lillian. Very cheerful and respectful. As was the delivery person, Jason. ALL the food ordered was fresh and hot and cold as expected along with right on time as stated. So delicious and so much that I could divide it up for two meals. Thank you Hudson, MI’s Hungry Howie’s.

Recently moved back to the area, kids were Hungry and I called to order Delivery. But I was informed, very politely, that they were not Delivering today. Frustrating, but it happens. So I pick it up instead. Food was hot, perfectly made. Staff were extremely friendly and polite.. update: everytime I call I get some reason they cannot deliver. No drivers. Oh they stopped delivery at 6. Yesterday is was 8 and today they stopped at 7. Just ridiculous and undependable.
