Ordered and waited over 45 mins!!!! Then asked for my money back. I have never waited so long. You can get your food served quicker at a sit down restaurant. The incompetence at some food places is staggering. If you can’t serve the paying public then close your place!

The fries I got with my DoorDash order were basically crumbs, each fry was about an inch long and dry. Very disappointing. The fries are so good, but if you’re going to serve old fries, you should at least not serve the crumbs.

I went there today. 4/11/23. I got home to eat my food, fries was all different sizes and they gave me crumb fries. My fries were cold and farrr from well done. I don’t know if it’s young kids In the back but overall, you can’t serve food with a bad presentation. The food is already expensive! And here’s the icing on the cake, the phone is always busy. No one picks up. So I can’t even complain. Not petty enough to drive back. Please better this store quality. And keep the store tidy.

I ordered online and I didn’t know what to expect. This is my first time trying Wing Stop and the food is amazing! The customers service was fantastic. I don’t know the young black girl’s name who took care of my order but she is soooo nice and has great attention to detail. I even loved the way she wrote my name on the bag. Wing stop is my jam. They are kind of pricey for wings but they always have some kind of special or value to work around and save a few bucks. Their flavors are wonderful and very tasteful. It takes a bit to get the food but extra time allows for assured quality. The atmosphere is laid back and casual so it’s a decent place for a simple yet peaceful meal.
