Never coming here again. Why in the world does it take 30 minutes to get my food? All that wait just to get it cold and not fresh. Also had to get two separate refunds for items I never got. Also my drink is wrong. My strawberry dragonfruit refresher looks like a mango pineapple refresher. This place sucks. This places deserves a negative rating.

My husband went to pick up our order Sunday at about 8am. no bag was provided for 3 sandwhiches and 2 hashbrowns. The girl with the pink hair saw him struggling and didnt even bother offering a bag. He got to car and thanfully he opened the sandwhiches before taking off. One of the sandwhiches was not even edible at that point and they still served it.

I have been here a few times because I live close by. Their drive thru takes forever, especially early mornings 6-8am. The 2 times I have walked inside all of the tables were dirty and crumbs on the floor. The staff has always been nice to me and I have gotten the wrong drink before and they fixed it with no issues.

Was pretty busy @ 11:15 on Saturday July 29 and the line went quickly and your cashier at the drive thru was super nice and helpful and hope this gets recognized somehow because I went to the Jenison location and I waited 15 minutes and still hadn’t ordered it was pretty slow. Went here and best decision I made thank you to whoever was working the drive thru at that time you definitely made my day!

I enjoy ordering from here, but the wait time is insane sometimes. We were waiting here for almost an hour before we were told that they weren’t able to take our order because they had no change. So no donuts for us and a loss of time .

Wife brought kids here for food. They didn’t have what my son ordered, but wouldn’t substitute for another item that was a little more. (But you let her order something you didn’t have, would’ve totally solved the issue YOU created) So they just gave her the hash brown but didn’t want to refund her the difference for the sandwich. She had to ask a few times. People were very rude to her.
