Ordered through the app, instructions said to go inside to get order. Had to wait, no big deal, got my order and took the kids home to eat. Got home and opened the sealed bag only to find items missing. Called the store, line rang 18 times then silence for 15 seconds followed by a disconnect tone. Called back, line rang 12 times before someone answering. Explained my issue then the line went from loud background noise to silence for 10-15 seconds and disconnects.

Haven’t had arby’s in a while because all locations near me have been disappointing. Decided to try the new burger, which was overcooked and not fresh. Fries were pieces and the hospitality was non-existent. The worst part was that the clerk tried to put food from another customer back under the heat lamp to be resold because they gave wrong order. . I informed her that it was supposed to be thrown away, she got frustrated at me when I insisted. Hopefully they get it together but I’ll pass another few months before trying again.

The associates worked hard at getting everyone’s order (including mine) accurate and to the customers as quickly as possible. I came around rush hour and I didn’t have to wait too long past my online order time and they were very friendly! ☆ thank you for your hard work

I gave 3 stars ONLY because the Orange Cream shake is the BOMB! Otherwise it would have been a one star. I don’t know what’s going on at the Colerain location, but the service was terrible. We went inside to order so we could take our time deciding what we wanted, and when we placed our order and told her it was to go, it went downhill from there. We both ordered the Market Fresh Pecan Chicken salad that is supposed to be really creamy with pecans, grapes, and celery in it. When she started to bring our food she put it in trays for dining in and we had to repeat that it was to go, and got an eye roll for it. When we got home, the sandwiches were terrible. There was NO mayonnaise in the chicken salad, no pecans, and ONE grape per sandwich. It was basically a bunch of dry chicken cubes and pieces with celery on dry bread. I don’t know why the quality and service of this location has gotten so poor, but it’s not the first time I’ve gotten food that wasn’t what was advertised. I won’t be getting anything but shakes from there moving forward. I recommend Arby’s in general, just not this one.

I wish I could say I had a good experience because the food is decent but the customer service and order accuracy leaves a LOT to be desired. I live near and go to the Springdale Rd. location and there’s almost always something missing from my order…and when you try to call, they don’t answer….just let the phone ring and ring and ring…I should’ve given 1 star but I’m a nice person…

We were sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes,they didn’t even say welcome to Arby’s or anything. When we finally got there attention they said order when ur ready. The line was moving super slow because of that.
