I really love the hooters original breaded wings. This time I tried it with the Samurai Teriyaki Sauce which was delicious. We were sitting outside but I would recommend getting a table inside because the location right next to the Miami Airport is a bit noisy. Also I didn’t really like the volume of the music, we could barely talk because of it. Other than that it was great!

Arrived and waited 15 minutes. Eventually had to find a waitress. No warm welcome and certainly no smile. Ordered 10 wings but sauce didn’t come. Wings were in a bowl dripping with oil. Awful experience compared to my last visit in Prague.

Jennifer was amazing. Great and steady service. Always had a smile and was very knowledgeable about the menu. We had our order come out perfect. But the extra sauce we got wasn’t up to par, so we flagged down the manager, John Ocampo brought us new sauce and since he saw we had wings sitting he even wen to unreasonable hospitality(as a restaurant manager I myself have to shout out when it’s well deserved) he went the extra step and brought us hot fresh wings and just really did to 110% . Jennifer was fantastic and as a former twin peaks manager toyr lucky to have a such a quality hooters girl! Thanks for the amazing experience. We will be back

I think its best to go during the week during lunch time. Its too crowded at night and the service is definitely different. The stars are based on the food because the waitress only seem to be concerned with tables full of men. I get it its a sports bar, but guess what not only men come here. So the same hospitality should be shown to woman. I would think they would be glad not have to do so much for their tip.

I get it. Friday 6pm is busy. Plenty available chairs at the bar. Waited for almost 15 min before I was served. Bartender was too busy cleaning and doing everything else but watching her bar. Wings were good but my glass was empty before I was halfway done eating. When she came to pickup the plate I didn’t need another drink anymore. Paid and left. Zero attention, zero customer care. And why should they? Cash cows keep rolling in
