Truly miss the buttery, garlic, and parmesan coated crust that made Pizza Hut famous. This was the reason Pizza Hut was my favorite pizza. I don’t really care for it anymore. It’s been a while since I’ve purchased my Pizza from there, and I’ll probably go to a competitor from now on. The service was great and the food was prepared quickly. The offer was a great value for a family dinner – just a bit lackluster with the plain crust.

The price of the food does not match the quality. The food was absolutely disgusting. I bought two pastas the Alfredo and the marinara I don’t know what the hell they did with the recipe to those pastas but now they are just nasty! 0/10 I do not recommend this to anyone. Plus the food came cold.

Oh my, what happened to Pizza Hut? Tried to order by phone — no answer. Went in to the store to order, found two guys working as hard as they could to keep up. Pizza was overdone — crunchy. No one wants a thankless, minimum wage job. Company needs to offer better wages and more training.

It ordered for delivery. And I received a text stating that my order was out for delivery at 6:40 pm. My house is a 5 minute drive at most from the pizza hut I ordered from. The delivery guy did not get to my house until 7:20 pm. It took 40 minutes for a 5 minute drive. Normally have an amazing experience with Pizza Hut. Unfortunately this was not one of those times.

I ordered online and it said 25-35 minutes for delivery, it wound up taking almost an hour. Also no one would answer the phone when I called to check on our status. I called SEVERAL times and so did my husband, and all we got was put on hold and left there. The delivery person was nice, so that was fine.
