I’m not one for writing a bad review but this one was too much. So one morning I went to get a cup of coffee to my local Starbucks, and I was surprised how the girl who was taking my order was talking to me, very rude, she wasn’t even listening to me, she got my order wrong and made it seem like it was my fault. I don’t know if it’s really her name but on her badge was “SASH” or something like that, LOL, this is not how customer service and hospitality works. I expect more from Starbucks.

Be very careful when using the Starbucks. Often when placing orders in the morning, they are closed when the app says that they are open. Then when you arrive at the Starbucks, the employees stare it you through the windows and offer no help in fixing the fact that you’ve placed an online order. Just one of those Starbucks to steer clear off.
