My wife placed a curbside order on a Friday night at 730pm for a 8:11-8:21pm pickup. We left the house early enough to run an errand and still sat in the car 30+ minutes waiting on our 1 pizza. At 8:15 I decided to walk in and check on the status of the order. I saw people in their cars looking frustrated as well and went inside to check on their order as well. Multiple orders placed with less than 20 minute estimated delivery. Both orders took over 90 minutes. Zero customer service after 30+ minutes on the phone. All corporate would offer was a free medium pizza. Honestly the worse experience I’ve had. If I could give zero stars I would. Back to Papa Johns after this.

I wanted to place an easy order (less than $10) carryout. I walked in the lady with the red wig asked if I was doing carryout and I said yes. She said we stopped doing carryout at 10pm….it’s 10:05, the door is unlocked, and there is no sign stating that carryout ends at 10pm. They told me I could do delivery. I asked will my order constitute delivery. The guy at the register ask me what I was gonna order, I told him, then he proceeds to breakdown the cost, delivery fees, and taxes making it more then what it cost for carryout. So you had time to do all that but you couldn’t just take my order right there and then?! Rude as ever and I wish someone would open another pizza store so they can have some competition. maybe that would up their customer service game because it sucks right now.

The worst Dominos in the state. Most recently as of tonight. My boyfriends picked up a cheese pizza and then a pepperoni pizza. He gets home with the pizza and opens the pepperoni and there is pieces of cardboard almost cooked into it . I go to open the cheese and the pizza is completely missing half the cheese and sauce. I called and the lady told me it’s impossible that that had happened but is letting us exchange them for a new pizza. Would genuinely like credit since we are using our own gas to drive back and forth over something anyone with eyes could of seen.

The last 4 times we’ve ordered from you, we’ve gotten the same results. The pizza was partially cut. Tonight I went to take a slice out and pulled up the entire pizza. Apparently you don’t know how to cut a pizza properly anymore. LEARN HOW TO CUT YOUR DAMN PIZZAS

Ordered delivery online at 6:30 which said it would take an hour, fine. We called and hour later for an update after it said our food was still being prepped.. After being put on endless hold three different times they told us it would still be another 2-3 hours. We understand staffing issues but a heads up would have been nice so that we could have cancelled our order within that hour window instead of waiting for no food to arrive. We have always ordered from here but will now take our business elsewhere.

Dominoes is a favorite, always consistent and hot. You know what you’re going to get. Unfortunately I found out that the location staff are friendly and courteous as well as the drivers. Due to new management, they no longer deliver to my location. My family and I have enjoyed 5 years of fast friendly late night deliveries. I’m a little bummed out but only one star bummed.

Placed a very simple order at 9pm. They began the “quality check” around 10:30, then cancelled my order at 11pm. According to the store I’m “outside of the delivery zone”, I’m 9 minutes from the store. I understand that they’re down to one driver and they’re backed up, but this is inexcusable. I should’ve gone with Papa John’s.

Ordered delivery at 11 they called me and asked me to pick up my delivery. I told them if delivery is a option in the app I want it delivered. I was told “we are not coming, I have cleaning to do.” And they canceled my order. Now Dakota I promise I will be calling corporate. That is unacceptable
