This is the third time I’ve gone to Taco Bell and it’s always something but this by far has been the worse experience. I ordered a nacho Bell grande and two beef crunch burritos. I wasn’t not given my beef crunch burritos I was given two regular tacos then to make it better the man at the window was digging in his nose as he was handing out food. THEN my nachos had barely anything I would have been better ordering just chips. Usually I wouldn’t complain but every time I go it’s something.

By far the worst taco bell experience ever. First off, the lady accepting orders was clearly not happy to be working there. No smile no thank you no receipt. When I asked if I could have mild sauce, I must have upset her. I didn’t know that she’d already put 20 hot sauce packets in the bag. Now for the food, I ordered a beefy stuffed burrito, the rice was very hard and the burrito was an absolute mess. I also ordered the 3 soft taco combo, where is the meat? At best, if I’d taken the meat from all 3 I may have had enough meat for one of the soft tacos. Lastly, the floors are horribly dirty. Hopefully there is a way to correct the issues. I hope the best for your employees Taco Bell, This is unacceptable.

The food is alright, but majority of the times I’ve been here lately, the work staff seems untrained and completely zoned out. The kitchen staff walk around like zombies and no one seems to care about the customers. I’m convinced that these same staff members are the only ones running the store. My girlfriend and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat around 8 o’ clock pm and we were out at around 9:30 because apparently one of the workers forgot that we had placed an order in the first place. It’s not fine dining, I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes for some fast food tacos.

The most TERRIBLE fast food I’ve ever had! We had ordered food that was well over 60$ and they forgot a few things. The lady who had made the food was mad that they forgot the spicy double steak burrito to only get home and it was just ground meat, rice, sour cream and mainly tortilla! I don’t know how they’re doing their hiring there, but the whole staff needs to be retrained! Or a whole new staff! Could of spent that money elsewhere that is worth the money. This place is def not.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Was originally delivery. Recieved freezing cold food and incorrect order. Decided to get take out immediately after. When I showed up to the restaurant, the workers were very rude. As soon as I made it to the window all I could smell was Marijuana, and they all looked like they were sleep walking. Pitiful.
