Waited for ten minutes thinking they must have to be making fries or something. Not sure what we waited ten minutes for because fries were all cold, chicken sandwich was barely warm and looked dried out, tenders were also dried and out lukewarm. Seriously not worth $40

Nice , new looking store . We went through the drive through and ordered 2 meals , one car in front of us that’s all that was there . We pull up to the window and cashier didn’t know our order so we had to re order , he then yells to the other workers to go ahead and start cooking a chicken tender combo . With no one behind us he asks us to pull up and they’d bring it out . We then waited 35-40 more mins to get food that was room temperature. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I worked there for a total of 3 hours. It was grand opening day. I’m finally ready to post about it. The female manager was shifting everyone around alot because no one had been trained. Food was being severed that should have never been allowed to. Temp of food was not correct, food had been dropped. Food taken bk across the counter had been served to another guest. The female manager was cussing and yelling at everyone when it wasn’t the employees fault that were not given the time to train properly. Everything was so unorganized and it shouldn’t have open that soon. I was looking fwd to it coming to ft payne and I belive it could have been wonderful had the employees been given the tools they needed to learn the job and food safety. I walked out during my shift because of the manager cussing and yelling and them allowing food to be served that shouldn’t have been. Yes she may of been stressed but u should never treat employees that way. Pretty much why they can’t keep workers

I’m a Trucker n I stop here and order 1/4lb shrimp combo, Mac n cheese, with sweet tea. It cost me 12 bucks n change. When I got back to my truck this is all the shrimp I got. Not even close to a 1/4lb of shrimp. And my sweet Tea tasted moldy, the Mac n cheese was like warm. I am high disappointed and dissatisfied.

Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes to be told to park in a parking spot and they would bring my order out. Waited in the parking spot for 20 more minutes for food to be brought out. The young lady who took my order and brought it out was super nice and very apologetic. I felt very sorry for her because I don’t think there’s enough staff to keep the place opened. So sad and won’t be back.

We stopped in by walking from our hotel. Door was locked but they opened and welcomed us in. Took our order and the manager Carman (I think) was very overwhelmed. She had all first day hires but took care of us and helped the drive through while teaching the newbies. Food was fresh, hot and good and the restrooms were the cleanest we have seen since on our our 4 day tour.

I will not return to this location. They couldn’t get my simple two combo order correct to save their lives while making me wait over 40 minutes! I was one of only 3 customers, and watching the employees lack of coordination and competence was undescribable. The manager was customer service oriented enough to comp half my meal, but they still gave me the wrong order. I was so upset that I just left with the incorrect order vowing to never return.

DO NOT WORK AT THIS STORE. They will give you the run around about your check. The store is disgusting. There is sewage coming up in the back of the kitchen and also in the restroom. There are roaches everywhere. They also mix raw chicken around other foods. Mold was found in the lemonade machine and also the drink fountain. Raw chicken is left open in the cooler. They don’t look at dates. They do not use gloves. They fix plates and also touch money without washing hands. The sanitation buckets that are used to disinfect tables and such is only water. Also, the district manager and owner is very disrespectful so you honestly do not want to give this store any business.
